Feeding your animal the best and reducing the environmental impact!
Please help us support our environment by re-using or recycling the packaging from your raw food shipment. We need and appreciate your participation to be able to continue offering this service. Here is what you can do to help:
Return the packaging to us for re-use at no cost to you:
- Please affix the prepaid label that we enclosed with your shipment to
the empty box, placing it over the top of the label with your address on it.
- Make sure the Styrofoam box and lid are not damaged or contaminated.
- Enclose the silver Mylar bag if it is not damaged or contaminated.
- When running errands, drop off the box at
any UPS Store. Visit

to find a location near you. Sorry, pick up services are not provided via
our prepaid label.
Is the Styrofoam box damaged? You may be able to recycle it at a recycling center near you. Visit EPS and click on the link called “EPS Recycling Drop-Off Locations”.
