Retail Store Manager

We're looking for a manager for our first retail store. Retail store management experience is a must, and a love of pets is highly desirable. Customer Service Representative

This position exists for phone and email support to a wide variety of customers. Treating every inquiry as a potential customer is priority and relaying the acquired knowledge resulting in a positive informative experience, and a sale, when applicable.

General tasks:

• Answer the phone promptly & handle customer needs patiently
• Verify and enter orders completely and accurately
• Understand the different mediums of ordering; phone, web, catalog, and fax
• Professional and personable communication with customers
• Efficient Product and information search
• Work independently to problem solve and communicate across departments
• Other projects as assigned

  Weekdays: 7 am to 3:30 pm OR 7:30 am to 4 pm OR 8 am to 4:30 pm
  Saturdays: 9 am to 4 pm
