Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online. You can request a cancellation of a pending order using our Contact Us Form, and then place a new, corrected order any time.
Return any product for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. You can start a return using our Contact Us Form.
We do not currently offer exchanges. You would need to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the replacement item. You can start a return using our Contact Us Form.
