The vet put my cat on steroids, Which really made her gain alot of weight and she still had the stomach issues. So I thought what harm would it do to try this product out. So I did. This stuff worked wonderful. And she not putting those nasty steroids into her body. I am so greatful that I gave this product a try. I will continue, And I highly recomend anyone whom has a pet with stomach issues to put them on a probiotic it great stuff and works wonderfully, Thanks again.

My dog has had bouts of diarrhea and also smelly(really smelly!) and runny stools. My one cat has the same issue. I give Gentle Digest to the dog regularly and to the cat about once a week. It helps both of them maintain a good digestive flora. I can open the capsules and sprinkle on the food.

You can go mad looking at all the varieties of basically the same product. What sold me on this item was that they specifically outlined how their product was not destroyed by stomach acids and was guaranteed to deliver live bacteria to the gut. They gave mention on how they achieved stability and if a company outlines the how's and why's, rather than just list the ingredients, then I think they probably go that extra mile - because it's not necessary to say anything. My dog Teddy, suffered for years from intermittent digestive problems, then went into overdrive when the meds she was given gave her an ulcer. I have no scientific data to prove my experience, but this product and Prozyme (lactose free), have stopped all gurgling, bloating and general discomfort in my Chow. I'd recommend this as an invaluable tool to help digest their food.

I volunteer at my local shelter and recently took in a cat with a digestive problem. Since adding this supplement to her diet she has had no more problems with smelly breath or bowels.

I also use it with the fosters that I have from time to time and give it to my elderly cat every day and it has helped her chronic constipation problem.

My cat gets her probiotics in the morning and she absolutely loves them mixed with her canned food. I found these after May of 2007 when Tiger was confronted with some bad digestion troubles. I added these to her diet with the consent of her vet and- knock on wood- she has been fine since!

When I first got my puppy she was having horrible Diarrhea, she didnt want to eat, and nothing was working. So I ended up fasting her for 24 hour period but providing tons of fluids and then started placing one capsule sprinkled on top of her food once a day. Since Day One it seemed that it worked for her!! She now has daily, firm stools, and loves to eat!

After I adopted my toy poodle, I noticed she had bad breath, and she was only 7 months old. I started brushing her teeth every day, but the bad breath continued. After starting her daily Gentle Digest, her breath is now as sweet as her personality. My Westie also gets his daily capsule, and he used to have an occasional upset stomach, but that is very rare now. I do believe the probiotics are helping my dogs'stomach flora to stay much healthier.

My cat, Maggie, requires digestive help due to a viral infection. My other kitties love yogurt, but she'll have none of it. I can add Gentle Digest to her food which gives her the bacteria she needs to past waste on a regular basis. I would recommend this product for any type of irregularity problem. It doesn't require refrigeration either.

My Bichon has always had a very sensitive tummy. We feed twice a day and sometimes he would miss 6 or 8 meals in a row. His tummy would gurgle and his tail would go down and you could tell he was uncomfortable.

I have been giving him one capsule a day, in a dab of cream cheese for about 6 weeks now and he's only missed 3 or 4 meals sporadically, not in a row, which is really good for him. I have only heard his tummy gurgle once in that time.

I plan on buying another bottle and keeping him on it continually.
