The most useful Bach Flower Essence of all, Rescue Remedy is actually a combination of five other remedies, that act synergistically to calm stress and fear. This is wonderful any time there is shock, stress or trauma. It is an invaluable addition to the first aid kit that any pet owner would find useful. It can be safely used before visiting the vet office or after any kind of injury. It will often revive animals that are in shock and help in their journey to the vet and subsequent recovery, though it is obviously not a replacement for immediate veterinary care. It has definitely saved many animals and is totally safe.

Rescue Remedy Cream is especially beneficial for external traumas and conditions, such as, blows, bruises, cuts, sprains, diaper rash, burns, razor burns and cuts etc. In emergencies, the Cream can be substituted if the Rescue Remedy Drops are not available.

The five remedies in Rescue Remedy are:

• Impatiens: For those who act and think quickly, and have no patience for what they see as the slowness of others. They often prefer to work alone. Teaches empathy and understanding of and patience with others. We've found it very fast-acting in alieviating an impatient attitude and lowering stress.
• Star of Bethlehem: For trauma and shock, whether experienced recently or in the past. Teaches the ability to recover from traumas and to integrate them into the present life.
• Cherry Plum: For those who fear losing control of their thoughts and actions and doing things they know are bad for them or which they consider wrong. Teaches trust in one's spontaneous wisdom and the courage to follow one's path.
• Rock Rose: For situations in which one experiences panic or terror.
• Clematis: For those who find their lives unhappy and withdraw into fantasy worlds. They are ungrounded and indifferent to the details of everyday life. Teaches one to establish a bridge between the physical world and the world of ideas; may foster great creativity. Is also used to bring clarity and alertness to the present moment.

Rescue Remedy Drops & Spray

Active Ingredients:
5x dilution of Helianthemum nummularium HPUS, Clematis vitalba HPUS, Impatiens glandulifera HPUS, Prunus cerasifera HPUS, Ornithogalum umbellatum HPUS.

Inactive Ingredients:
Alcohol

Dosage Information: 
Mix four drops of Rescue Remedy with one ounce of water. Three or four drops of the mixture can be given into the pet's mouth or onto the gums every five minutes until a response is seen. Rescue Remedy can also be given in your pet's water dish during any time of stress and in this case it is best to use ten drops every time the water is changed.

Rescue Remedy Cream

Active Ingredients:
5x dilution of Helianthemum nummularium HPUS, Clematis vitalba HPUS, Impatiens glandulifera HPUS, Prunus cerasifera HPUS, Ornithogalum umbellatum HPUS.

Inactive Ingredients:
Purified Water, Cetostearyl alcohol, Apricot kernel oil, Cocoa butter, Vegetable glycerin, Cetyl palmitate, Glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, Glyceryl monocaprylate, PEG-20 stearate, Methyl/propylparabens.  

Dosage Information:
Clean affected area, then apply cream to area thoroughly. The Cream can be applied to the wrist, neck, ankles or other areas with thin skin. Cover with a bandage if necessary.
