Buchu Leaf has mild diuretic and antiseptic properties and may aid in the elimination of debris, mucous, and uric acid from the kidneys; and also soothes and strengthens the urinary system. Echinacea provides anti-microbial and immune boosting properties. Horsetail has anti-microbial, astringent and diuretic properties helpful for a variety of urinary tract problems. Mannose is a naturally-occurring sugar compound that absorbs differently than most sugars and does not affect blood glucose levels.
