Diet must be addressed when an animal shows signs of allergies. The fresher the diet, the better; canned, freeze dried, dehydrated or raw food is best. See our Quick Guide to Natural Pet Food. We recommend avoiding beef and chicken as protein sources for a period of 3-4 weeks for dogs with allergies to see if this may be contributing to your dog's issues. We also recommend avoiding wheat, corn and soy in the foods you feed while treating allergies.

          tried several different allergy medicines and steriods from the vet.never really helped .I changed her food because of allergies and that helped some but these 2 products have helped a great deal. Diane R

          Purchased these vitamins as my dog has terrible itchy, irritate skin due to allergies. However it is only the fall she develops this, so until then I won't know if it is really working. But for now, her coat glows in only a month of use! Really soft and she loves them. Others I have tried, she wouldn't eat. This she cleans the bowl! So in the fall I will write another review as to if it helped her problem!

            In May of 2010 I started my 7lb silky terrier on Only Natural Easy Raw (which I luv) after my dog was having allergies & bowel problems. Once I changed her diet the problems seized but I decided to add to her diet the oil & vit for optimal health. In less than a month I have noticed her fur is shinier; softer; she doesn't itch anymore & she has more energy when playing. She jumps higher & runs faster. She's only 2 1/2 but knowing that I am feeding her a healthy diet w/ vitamins & oil reassures me she is receiving the best diet to keep her healthy. No more frequent visits to the vet have also saved me money.She loved the taste & there's no foul smell. I am sleeping better knowing my dog is healthy & happy.

              I finally found a product that relieved my pit bull of her constant itching and scratching. She would scratch herself until there were many visible welts all over her belly and she would even bleed sometimes. Throughout the night she would scratch herself at least 20 times. After giving her the salmon oil and vitamins, it took about two days for her to stop scratching. Then about a week for her welts and scabs to dissapear.

              Dog would have a greasy fell to her fur three days after weekly bath....have let her go nearly two weeks now, and still no greasy fur.
