My dog was previously abuse and basically was a nervous-reck! This is one of the items I used to get her over her anxiety. It took a while, but this really helps her relax, and even be more playful. You have to use it a couple weeks before you notice an effect; plus I give it to her dialy in her food.

I rescued a badly abused dog and had to finally seek the advice of a Professional Behaviorist to evaluate her since her anxiety was so bad, that she couldn't go outside without panicking, or play. Both her and the vet recommended Prosaic. I had her on that for a while to get her over an initial period of transition. But as many on this site can appreciate, I was not happy about giving her anything period. I searched for an alternative and found Nature's Herbs for Pets Calming Formula by Nature's Herbs for Pets, which I believe works better than the Prosaic for her now she has been in a safe environment for awhile. Her anxiety is much better and it allows her to play with both toys and other dogs now. While she did need something stronger when I first got her, she doesn't need anything that strong permanently. It takes a couple weeks to build up in their system, but is perfect, and gentle, for every day use-without any noticeable side effects. Highly recommend this for any strong anxiety in general. FYI-my dog still will get upset during thunderstorms or fireworks, but her reaction is greatly reduced.

I have a 13 year old Border Collie with bad arthritis & seperation anxiety. I have acupuncture done weekly he was so anxious about the procedure it was counter productive. Until I found Dr.Tse's calming formula, he now layes down during the entire 45 minute treatment. No side effects really happy I found them.

After growing up in the suburbs for 4 years, my boston terrier was extremely traumatized when I moved us to the city. We are right on the corner where two bus lines pass about every 10-15 minutes and she is terrified of the buses. She also completely loses it on Mondays when the garbage trucks are coming by all day. We moved here 9 months ago and from day one I got almost no sleep because she was either trembling and pawing at me in terror, or tearing apart the room or hurting herself as she tried to get out of her crate. I tried everything I could think of to no avail. I got this product more out of desperation and blind hope than any belief it would really work, but I was surprised and pleased when it did. She was back to her spunky litttle self within a couple of days.

Unfortunately, after a week or two she has started trembling a little again in the morning and she still gets a bit panicky on Mondays. But the fact that I can actually get a full night's sleep now is a miracle and I'm grateful for this product! I just drop a pill in her food in the morning and again at night (it's the dehydrated, raw food, so pills disappear in there easily). I'm going to try the Only Natural Pet Phero-Soothe with it, too, to see if I can get her completely de-stressed. Only con is that if you use the pills twice a day, there is only enough in each packet for a 20 day supply. So keeping my pup happy is going to be a bit expensive.

My Shetland Sheepdog is now focused, and can stop reacting to the environment. He can be re-directed to play ball, or sit and stay, when before he could not stop barking at light reflections. It's easy to give, and now he is happy and not in a panic.

My Yorkie becomes extremely upset at bath time. Shaking like a leaf at the sight of the shampoo bottle. Before bring out any of my bathing equipment I give him a pill to calm him down. It takes about 30 minutes but after that he is ready for his bath! You need to be fast at getting these little pills down because they become sticky if you do not get it down the first time. Other than that they are great to use!!

I have a dog with canine compulsive disorder and some aggressive tendancies. Despite rigorous exercise and behavioral training, he still wasn't managing well in my pack of dogs. I did not want to use prescription medication, so I tried this. It is wonderful! I do not use the full recommended dose and still he is more relaxed, but not totally zoned out or anything, and much slower to anger.

My 6yr old Rat Terrier, Zen, has had tracheal collapse since he was a year old. Recently he underwent surgery, which was successful, but then out of the blue he started coughing all the time again. Zen has been on 7 different medications with no signs of improvement from any of them. I came across the review for the calming herbs and thought, why not try them? To our (happy) surprise, they worked. He has severe collapsing (including his bronchi) so we didn't expect much as far as results yet his coughing has decreased tremendously!. We are delighted to have found something that gives him peace (and us peace of mind). Thank you!
