I have a cat who had upper respiratory when he was a kitten twice. He developed allergies after a couple years and I had been through almost two years of Prednisone, allergy medicine and periodic trips to the vet for antibiotic shots. He was sneezing with a runny nose and licking his hair off creating sores on his belly. I tried bathing, fish oil, and flea and tick medication. I ended up changing his food and treats to limited ingredients, and kept the over the counter allergy pill. My last hope was researching homeopathic remedies, I was not going to give this poor cat allergy shots every day. I came across this product and was a true skeptic. After about 3 weeks I started to see a difference, I upped his dosage to the maximum allowed for a week and saw dramatic improvements to his coat and a decrease in sneezing and licking. Now he is on a lower dose for maintenance and is doing great!

At the end of this summer season, my 17 year old, 11 pound dog had developed very bad itchy skin and just started to develop a "hot spot". He is already on a fish oil supplement and usually has no skin issues, so I decided to try the Pet Skin & Itch Homeopathic Remedy. I was very pleased. Within days, his itching was reduced so much that the hot spot starting healing. Within 2 weeks he was no longer itching. It broke the cycle of the "end of summer" itch.

I put these drops on the cat's food. He loves them, and searches the krunchies for the ones with the drops on them. My vet had said that Dusty Hobbes would have to take steroids maybe always, because he is itchy and licks his fur right off his sides. A dietary change didn't help. Steroids are not so good for a fella. He was unable to concentrate on ANYTHING because he was so itchy. With these drops, at first daily until his fur started to grow back- maybe 3 weeks - then three times a week or so he has a lovely full coating of hair and can nap with ease. He sort of loiters around waiting for me to take the bottle off the shelf. Hooray!

Instructions say to give before feeding, but I couldn't give it to my cat unless it was in the food. She ate it with no problem, even licked the bowl.

I don't know if this product will work for all types of mange, but it worked in two weeks for my dog. My 10 month old German Shepherd suddenly began showing signs of mange around his eye and chin. Two small patches. We had it tested at the vet and they scraped the site and told us that he had "inherited" a lower immune system and this type of mange from his mother, called Demodectic mange. The vet prescribed two skin ointments and an expensive bottle of Ivermectin ($75). I don't like taking pharmaceuticals myself so I figured I needed to do some research and find something natural for my dog. I did NOT give him the Ivermectin (do your own research on that!). At first I used tea tree oil and then neem oil which both seemed to keep the mange from getting worse but it did not get any better. By a fluke, I noticed this homeopathic SKin and Itch formula in the natural grocery store where I shop. I asked the manager about it and she said she had heard it worked for some kinds of mange. I used the whole bottle on my pup over about two weeks and his mange began clearing up right away. I've always been a believer of homeopathic and now my husband is too! To boost my dog's immune system we also began adding little pieces of raw garlic (talk to your vet first about this, some dogs are sensitive to it) and green beans and raw sweet potato to his food. I went back to the vet just to tell him what I had done instead of using Ivermectin and now he wants to carry this product!

I have two dogs with allergies and although they do well most of the time, when needed, I just give them a dose of Skin & Itch and it brings them quick relief.

I was excited to try this on my two dogs, who are siblings from the same litter. It was 100% ineffective for my dogs, but I'm happy that other folks have gotten good results. I also purchased salmon oil, hoping that would provide extra benefits, but I am seeing absolutely no results from either, unfortunately. I will continue the salmon oil, however, as I know the Omega is really good for them.
