The city streets unfortunately are tough on dogs paw all year round, as there is lots of glass and oil or other stuff that can dry out or crack our dog's paws. So besides watching our steps and inspecting her paws and cleaning them after walks, we were looking for something to soothe her skin and also give her a bit of a protective shield, as well as something to be applied to heal when needed. This stick has exactly given us what we have hoped for. Even just one application lasts long. Our dog is not bothered by the smell or the feel of it on her paws so she does not lick it.

I bought this for my paralyzed Dachshund who had sore, cracked and dry paw pads from scooting around the house. I put it on him every night before bedtime and his paws are back to being soft and moisturized as they used to be! The balm smells good and it feels so soft and refreshing, I want to use some on my hands! lol

Very easy to apply, helps with dry paw pads. I only use it when my dogs feet get really dry because once it's on she slips all over our wood flooring! Other then that it's a very good product!

I have used bag balm and that is very messy to apply, this is great and the dogs don't mind the smell or taste!

This is a nice product but in the end, most dogs are going to lick it off (it is safe for them to do so). I put it on after we have been out in the cold and he see's it as a treat so I call it his "Spa TREATment". I suppose some of it gets to moisturize the paws but for the most part, it will be ingested.

I applied the paw balm as soon as I received (today). Within an hour, I realized all the cracks in her paws get softer and barely noticeable.. It seems to be an amazing product, because it showed its effect in such a short time. Furthermore, it was so easy to apply.. I was playing with her while I applied the balm. Although she noticed a nice smell around, she couldn't figure out the source :-)) So, she hasn't attempted to lick them yet, (which is great!!!) :-))
