Pet Naturals of Vermont's Bladder Support for Dogs is an advanced combination of ingredients that work together to support normal bladder function and bladder health. It is also recommended for spayed and senior pets to help maintain bladder control.

Pet Naturals of Vermont Bladder Support for Dogs utilizes:

  • Pumpkin Seed Powder - used for prostate and bladder health and is beneficial to urinary tract health due to its cleansing action. It also strengthens bladder muscle and supports bladder emptying.
  • Rehmannia Glutinosa - a Chinese herb that supports renal function and healthy levels of estradiol in females and testosterone in males.
  • Wild Yam - provides phytoestrogens and relaxes urinary tract muscles.
  • Soy Protein Extract - contains isoflavones that provide phytoestrogens to help maintain normal bladder muscle tone that is lost after spaying or due to aging because of lower estrogen levels.
  • Corn Silk - contains polysaccharides and mucilage that can help support urinary tract comfort by fortifying mucosal GAG layers.
  • Saw Palmetto Extract - helps support normal bladder control and muscle tone.
  • Olive Leaf Extract - supports healthy microflora in the G.I. tract.
  • Vitamin B6 - supports normal urine output and bladder function.

Pet Naturals of Vermont Bladder Support is an advanced formula featuring a highly palatable smoke flavored tablet.

Comments about Pet Naturals of Vermont Bladder Support Dog Supplement:

I have been giving my dog, Sheba, this supplement for about 7 years now for her incontinence. It really works for her. I crush and mix it in her food every morning. We have not had any accidents in the house since the use of this product. I highly recommend it to anyone whose animal has the same problem.

Comments about Pet Naturals of Vermont Bladder Support Dog Supplement:

I decided to try this product because my 11 year old dog became incontinent again after years on Proin. I took her to the vet suspecting diabetes or a urinary tract infection. She had been on Proin for a long time and it worked for her. When the vet at B__field suggested we try to increase the dose, I did some research on-line. I found that my dog was already on the highest dose recommended. I was shocked to read that Proin had been related to so many side effects in dogs like stroke, heart attack, kidney failure and death. I read testimonials from hundreds of dog owners with the saddest stories after giving their dogs Proin and had tragic results ***The amount of Proin safe for dogs is .4 -.8 mg/pound.*** Please check the dose you are giving your dog. If I had increased this I could have killed my dog. I searched on-line for other products for incointinence and found natural products that stated to help urinary incontinence in dogs. I found this and Leaks No More. This one had better results per customer reviews on 2 different websites (including this one). I didn't expect it to work since my dog simply cannot hold her urine without Proin. I was extremely surprised. IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!! In 48 hours I could tell that it was working and now after 5 days of this, she had total control of her bladder. I don't know how it works but it does. I give her 1/2 a tab at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The bottle told me how much to give her by her weight. They smell awful (a strong smoky scent) but she does chew it up. She wouldn't chew Proin so we've always had to put Proin in a little amount of soft dog food. Please take my advice if your dog is on Proin. It's a dangerous drug. It is the same active ingredient that was in Dexatrim that was taking off the market years ago for causing strokes and other side effects in humans. I am so thankful that I did not lose my dog to Proin. If I had known these side effects, I would never have tried Proin in the first place. I hope it is taken off the market. Any vet that will not suggest this before Proin needs to have their head examined!

Comments about Pet Naturals of Vermont Bladder Support Dog Supplement:

I give my dog 1 pill twice daily. I don't believe he has dribbled at night for several weeks now. I had to try to get rid of the urine smell in the house to be able to tell how its worked first. We just moved and now have a doggy door to let him self out, so it makes it hard to be totally sure if the access to go pea has made a bigger difference than the bladder support medication. However, I am not going to quit using it.

Comments about Pet Naturals of Vermont Bladder Support Dog Supplement:

We adopted a greyhound lab mix (who is now a year old) who was spayed very young and therefore had some issues with "tinkling" when excited, scared, ect. She also would dribble in her crate and had a hard time making it all the way to the doggie door w/out an accident. She would be so embarrassed when this happened. This product has helped her so much-no more accidents!
I never write reviews but thought this one deserved an A+ for it's effectiveness. Our pup also loves the taste of these pills. I am ordering my second bottle today.

My guy is getting old and diapers are not really an option for a dog who weighs 120 pounds...I didn't have much confidence when I started--and it took awhile for it to 'kick in'--but Bear has been on the pills for two months and can now sleep through the night--no leakage!

My female doberman has a bladder condition where she leaks urine all day without knowing or any control. it is sometimes smaller amounts and sometimes she will empty her bladder in her sleep. she has been on these pills for a month and i have seen about a 70 to 75% change. She still leaks daily but less frequently and less amounts usually. i am thinking of trying a different medication. i was hoping for better results b/c she is an indoor dog.
note* these are large pills with a VERY smokey smell/flavor so it is defficult to mask it.

My female doberman is a rescue, she had leaking since she was a puppy,as she got older the volume increased to about a quart or more! upon failed drugs I brought her to Woburn Vet Referral in Massachsetts. It was discovered she had an "ectopic ureter". After surgery & recovery she started to drip very little- which is typical from spay incontinence- bought this product and NO issues! She goes out 3 times a day; morning b 4 I leave, when I get home and again before I go to sleep! no issues I love this product- no drugs, therefore no side effects =)I give them to her as if its a treat! sit , paw, speak she chews them up like a treat! easy to administer LOVE IT
