I have a male cat that likes to urinate as if he is "marking" his territory. No other litter box offers the high back that contains and controls the great effort he expends when arching his deposits into the box!

I was shocked at the size when it came in. I have 2 litter boxes and one of them cracked, so I bought this one to replace the cracked one. Once the new cat box was down, the cats instantly started using the new one and not the other one. I will be purchasing another one of the Petmate High Back litter boxes real soon :)

Love the high back litter box as do my two felines. However, no matter what....they still manage to track litter everywhere. I think it's a goal of theirs to see how much litter they can get out of the box. :)

The size & shape takes up less floor space yet fits my 22lb cat. Even though my other self- cleaning litter pan is handy(the 2nd cat uses this one), the Petmate Hi-back overall stays cleaner, is easier to clean and well, is more "energy efficient". The self-cleaning pan occasionally has to be taken apart to clean, not so with the Hi-back. I appreciate that the high back keeps the wall clean, and the lower front is the right height for my cat to perch on when needed. When my other pan "breaksdown" I'm going to buy a second Hi-back (well, maybe before).

I have 4 cats that all use this box and it holds a good amount of litter. High back and sides really do help contain litter. I am limited on space where this box goes so the size is great, not too big but still big enough for an 18 lb. cat. Would highly recommend.

The greatest advantage of this product is that it is anti-microbial and has that protection built into it. It is nice that some of it is recycled material also. We have become part of a destroy and dispose nation which we are starting to pay for, so it is good to see recycled things put into good new uses. The high back is very helpful in prohibiting most of the litter from coming out of the pan. A little still comes out on kitty feet and the jumbo sized pan is what is really size large by most standards. It is a very nice product at a reasonable price tho.

OUR SIX CATS USUALLY SCATTER ALOT OF LITTER, BUT NOT WITH THIS HIGH SIDED JUMBO PAN. THEY WERE IMMEDIATELY ATTRACTED TO THESE PANS. EVEN THOUGH THESE PANS ARE OPEN ON THE TOP, THE HIGH SIDES MAKE THEM VERY TIDY. I HAVE PURCHASED 6 OF THESE LITTER PANS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
