This coat fits nicely. The fabric looks like it will hold up well.I think over time the elastic straps will need to be replaced.

This was a gift to my Granddog for Christmas. My son is traveling by mass/public transportation these days and needs something warm and dry for his dog. I was told that the coat fits perfectly, and from pictures, I can see that it does. I have not heard any reports of poor quality.

Our Vizsla LOVES this coat! This is his second because we got a small one when he was a puppy and then the larger size when he outgrew it. It still fit him in the girth, but did not cover up his long back. When we pull this out, he runs right to it and puts his head through the hole. We have used it in snow, rain, cold early morning car rides, etc. Everywhere from snow in Germany to rain in California. Bodi likes to be warm and this has kept him comfortable and happy.

I selected this coat for multi-purpose use outside. My border terrier is only 11.5 pounds, so it's a bit hard to fit her, but this coat fits perfectly, is very easy to get on and off and easy to adjust for fit as well. She is also very active, and I wanted a coat that would withstand brush, snow, rain, etc. yet still look sharp and be comfortable and OK for just regular walks through the neighborhood. It keeps moisture off, keeps her comfortable through a wide variety of temps (not too hot in warmer weather, not too cold in really cold weather). I really, really like this coat because little Chia likes it, and I highly recommend it for any size dog.

I purchased this product for my 50# barrel-chested vizsla with a small neck and 28" neck-rump length. The head hole is perfect, which is to say not big at all, but could pose a problem for large-neck dogs. The length ends ~2 inches before her tail. She is barrel-chested, so chest coverage on her is modest, but I combined this coat with a RuffWear climate chaser and she will now accompany me on hikes and jogs for upwards of two hours in very cold weather.

This is a great dog jacket. We bought this for some colder weather camping and works wonderfully. Very sturdy and useful. She even wore it to sleep one night cause it was so cold and didn't bother her at all. If its Rough Wear you know its a good product.

This coat fits my Lab like it was made for him. There's no binding of the straps around his body or the area around his neck. It stays in place perfectly while he walks.

I wanted a coat that would be durable enough to stand up to my dog, and fitted him well. This coat is wonderful! It fits him perfect, he can play for hours and isn't bothered by it at all. It keeps him very warm and is a breeze to take on and off.It was a little spendy but definitely worth it!
