About Silly Kitty

Originally developed as a small cottage industry on Salt Spring Island in BC, Canada, Silly Kitty has been producing great cat products for the past eight years. Their products are now sold in retail stores all across North America.

Silly Kitty believes that pet products should be as holistic as possible. They purchase local, organic catnip to support BC farmers and reduce pesticide usage.

They choose to create products using natural hemp, an eco-conscious choice. These products are made entirely in Canada, creating jobs and supporting their local economy.

Silly Kitty's cat toys are entirely biodegradable - it's one small way of decreasing the heavy burden on landfills. When you purchase a Silly Kitty product you are making a good decision for both the planet & your very happy Kitty!

      I have two cats & bought one for each cat. They absolutley love these things. The toys lie on the floor everyday and they both attack them like crazed lunitics. If your cat is a cat that likes catnip, this is a nice tuff toy for them.

            My cat attacked the hemp mouse and proceeded to try to rip out it's gooey insides, which was highly entertaining for me. Of course the toy is super durable so the cat's teeth just make little holes that kinda close up.Also it keeps its catnip odor for months!

              As a breeder, I buy a lot of toys and a lot of catnip - these toys the cats absolutely LOVED until the bags are almost flat! A fancy toy it is not - but if you really look at your cat, they think a box is a toy, and a twisty tie, so they are not picky - this is safe and fun for them - and for you to watch!
