I've been using the toothbrush once a week on my two mini dachshunds. It's really effective but I think it's better for larger dogs, the handle is a little too big for their mouths.

Good concept and easy to use BUT the bristles are too hard making the gums bleed. Stick with a pet toothbrush with soft bristles.

I have a corgi/pomeranian mix, and the toothbrush was simply too big for her mouth. It doesn't seem that they have other sizes. But, it was easy to hold, so I would probably recommend to people with bigger dogs.
