My German Shepherd has been taking this vitamin for a couple of months now. She is almost 10 years old and doesn't act a day over 4! Her coat looks great, her breath smells better (she has a fish-based food), and She LOVES the flavor of the vitamin. The smoke flavor is strong enough for me to smell, so she gets excited when I bring them out to give her. My husband says that if his multivitamin smelled that good, he'd probably be better about taking his vitamins!! The vitamins are large in size, so a smaller dog may have trouble eating it, but large dogs should love it.

I decided it was time to go to a senior formula vitamin for my 10-year-old German Shepherd. What I did not expect was the dramatic change in his demeanor which I can only attribute to the vitamin, the only new element in his diet. He seems not only healthy, but more energetic and generally happier. He bounces along on walks whereas I often had to coax him to keep moving before. He's also more playful in the house. I can't swear it's the vitamin, because he does take a lot of supplements, but as I said, this is the only new thing. I put it right in his food and he eats it without complaint. The ingredients seem great, much more comprehensive than a standard vitamin, and I thought the price was fair, especially considering the effect.
