Wellness Kitten Health Dry Cat Food is a natural dietary solution for lifestage & lifestyle. New thinking and current research has been applied to present the best nutrition possible, specifically for cats, who have different needs than dogs.

Additional High Quality Fat Sources
As obligate carnivores, cats need additional Arachidonic Acid (AA), an essential fatty acid for felines that they cannot produce on their own. We combine chicken fat, which has high levels of AA, and olive oil to deliver an optimal fatty acid profile.

Delivery Specific Solutions

  • Excellent fiber source
  • The magnesium level of oat fiber is lower than rice bran, thus helping us to achieve our Magnesium GA of 0.098% Max.
  • Oat fiber is a nutrient-rich and calorie-free, which helps cats feel full longer and reduces cravings

Urinary Tract Health
All formulas focus on the number one reason cats go to the vet and the biggest concern cited by consumers - Urinary Tract Health.

  • Achieve the consistent urine pH of 6.1 to 6.6, with a Standard Error of Mean (SEM) of less than 0.10.
  • Limit the amount of magnesium in the diet to further minimize risk.
  • Promote a healthy urinary tract environment with 3 types of cranberries.

A thoughtful approach to nutrition is the foundation of wellbeing. Delicious, real-foods like deboned meats, free of added hormones and steroids, wholesome grains and fresh fruits and vegetables are all included to provide the perfect balance of protein, energy, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in the healthiest way possible. Every ingredient is carefully chosen for its nutritional benefits providing just what your faithful friend needs for a happier, healthier, longer life.

Available in 3lbs

Wellness Kitten Health is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for growth and gestation/lactation.

Comments about Wellness Kitten Health Dry Cat Food:

My two kittens were eating another brand of cat food and their stomachs seemed bloated. I decided to look for a healthy food and the pet store recommended Wellness. After three days on Wellness their bloating went away. My kittens are very active and love their food, eating greedily when I feed them. I am glad I switched to Wellness.
Later, I bought the Wellness cat treats for a reward when training, and only one kitten will eat them.

Comments about Wellness Kitten Health Dry Cat Food:

My two kittens loved this food. Regrettably, the cat box stunk to high heaven and then they developed very bad diarrhea. I was sorry that they had this reaction -- the food seems to be of high-quality. Just goes to show that every cat is different -- good to know that some cats thrive on this, but do be aware that some do not.

Comments about Wellness Kitten Health Dry Cat Food:

I thought we would order two differnt products at the same time and experiment with which one my kitten liked best. So far he really likes both! (Read my review for the Castor & Pollux Kitten formula.) I started him with the other product, and now he's almost finished with it, so we're just transitioning to this Wellness product now. So far so good! He's taking to it with no coaxing at all.

Comments about Wellness Kitten Health Dry Cat Food:

I originally got this food for the kitten I adopted. My adult cat tried it and it is her favorite now by far. I came home from work one day to find the bag with a hole gnawed in it because they ran out during the day. Tasty and nutritious!

I feed Wellness dry kitten food to my kitten and older cat (can't keep her out of it) as their main meal. They love it and will meow at me when their bowls are empty. I notice that their coats have become really healthy looking since they started eating this food. I keep this food in stock at all times.

Comments about Wellness Kitten Health Dry Cat Food:

This is yet another product upon which I wasted money. My five-month-old kittens will not eat it. WHEN will the so-called premium cat foods get the message to make products that cats will SMELL then EAT.
