Our dog developed a couple of lumps along his spine. Not sure if it was caused by the topical monthly flea medicine, but didn't want to take the chance. The Brewers Yeast tablets aren't 100% effective, but using them along with the All in One Flea Remedy (powder) seems to be a good alternative to the stronger topical medicine.

Our cat loves the tablets. First I ground them, and mixed the powder with the food, but that was not necessary. Now I just give them as a whole tablet. The bottle contains enough tablets for a while, and the price is right.
I started giving this to my dog and cat in the fall and have noticed a remarkable change in how much less they shed. I used to find hair balls rolling around my hardwood floors daily but now there is much less to keep up with. I hope this is as effective on fleas when the flea season begins since I have been looking for an alternative to chemicals. My dog takes the pills in her food with no problem and I just grind the pill for my cat and put it in some canned cat food daily. I am very please so far with this product.

My dog had reactions to the flea/tick Frontline. I started giving her the natural pills everyday with her food (Brewer's Yeast & Garlic Tablets). She no longer has severe asthma attacks and her coat is beautiful. I have not yet seen any ticks or fleas. She also seems to have a lot more energy. I am so thankful that I was able to find this website.

My pup likes the taste, but I'm not so sure whether it has helped reduce her attractiveness to fleas and, unfortunately, she just tested positive for demodex (which was more than likely from her mom).
This product works great! My dogs coat is super shiny and he is shedding much less. He has not had a reaction to these pills as where I was using BioSpot before and it seemed to actually start to burn him. I don't even have to hide these pills in anything he just eats them like treats! I have not had any issues with fleas or ticks and am so happy I started using this product!

I have 3 cats, but the one who is finicky and not at all easily tricked is Punkin. She can smell a pill or liquid drops coming her way and runs and hides. Very difficult. I have in 3 years, tried everything without success (couldn't even mix in a can of cat food, she knew!) I read that this nutritional supplement (the garlic part) was good for keeping fleas away, so I decided to try, since cheaper is what I really needed (especially with 3 cats). I thought why not? All else has failed & I wouldn't feel a pinch in my pocketbook. I grind 3 tablets into powder and sprinkle over the dry cat food each morning. It worked! All 3 cats eat the food without a complaint and I know they are getting the nutrition they need (along with a beautiful, healthy coat of fur). Now all I have to do is find something Punkin will swallow that will help with itching. Thank you, Only Natural Pet, for solving my dilemna!!!

I would say yes to anyone that as flea or icats that itch, because with in three days, my cats skin was soft and smooth and becoming full! no fleas and no itch! They like the taste !

I have been providing these pills to my cats and dogs twice daily for over 3 months now and couldn't be happier - it really is an all natural flea, tick and mosquito repellant. Normally this time of year in Texas, we've had a bought with hookworms and the dogs will itch me crazy - I was paying [$]+/month for flea and heartworm preventative. Now I am paying [$]/month for pills that my animals love the taste of (one cat picks it out of the food) and we haven't had a single case of hookworm nor itching. I have found perhaps 5 fleas on my 3 dogs total. The fleas, ticks and mosquitos must not like the taste and smell of the product in my pets' systems. Highly recommend.

Always had heard that yeast was good for keeping away the fleas, this is so much better than using the once a month treatment from the Vet's office. Just drop the tablet in the dog's food and after about a week flea problem was going away.

My cats coat was matted and shabby from old age and illness. While getting well, this product quickly improved his coat. I had to crush the tabs but they broke easily and then I mixed one per day into the food. It went down easy. Tab form gave me exact measured amounts each feeding.

I added this product to my dog's diet to help with the tick problem, but when I gave my 125 pound Rottie the suggested dosage he got major gas and bloating. I have continued to give it to him, only in a much smaller daily dosage.

Having recently married and having my husband's two eighty-five pound indoor/outdoor dogs join my totally indoor cats, I have found the tablets to be very effective. However, I have to mix them into soft food in order for them to eat them. It'd be nice to have tablets this effective in enjoyable flavors that encouraged animals to want to eat them.

The supplement along with some essential oils I purchased through this site seem to be helping with the fleas. Also has reduced shedding in my longer haired chihuahua. Only downside is that my dogs will not eat them. I have to disguise the pill to get them to take it.

I bought this product because I heard it can help keep ticks and fleas off my cats. I've been using for about a month now and love it. Earlier I was pulling ticks of my cats almost every single day. Since using this product I've removed one tick. The only con is that it's a large pill. I need to crush and mix it with cat food, which is a bit inconvenient, but definately less convenient than removing yucky ticks.

I do really like this product and the effects it has on my dog and cats coat and skin. My dog was miserable with very dry skin and after about a week of using this product his skin was much better. The very clear advantage of using this outweighs the bad taste and the inability to just have my pet chew the tablet. I simply disguise it in his food and 9 out of 10 times he ends up eating it with no issues!

This really does work. Our dog trainer gave us this helpful tip and I decided to give it a try since I was tired of buying Frontline, etc. The cost and the harmful sprays always bothered me. After several days we were still finding a few ticks on our dogs but after a couple weeks of constant use our dogs are now completely tick-free! I never find ticks on them and I found I don't have to give the pills every day. A cheap and healthy alternative to expensive and dangerous topical methods.

I am no longer willing to put poisons on my pets skin, but I am highly allergic to fleas. Since changing to a raw food diet and using these garlic tabs each morning I have had no problem with fleas. My dogs love them and think of them as treats. Win Win on this one.

My main use was for ticks. This in combination with other natural tick products were ineffective. This product would be a better use for healthy skin and coat rather than to ward off ticks. Was not effective for the useage of that for my farm dogs. On the plus side, my dogs ate them like treats by themselves. For my cat, I put them in a pill pocket treat and he ate them with no problem.

I give these to my Lab puppy and have been giving them to her since she was 12 weeks old, she will eat them like treats or I put them in with her food, never a problem with her eating them. Great alternative to the chemical ingredients you get from most vets and she has never had fleas or bothered by insects.

I have heasrrd about brewers yeast and garlic for years but never tried it, I wish I had not waited so long. I have been using this product for a month now and have not seen a flea. These tablets have a strong odor and my bulldogs turned their noses up and walked away, they did not believe me when I said they were treats. I grind them up in their food and add a little yogurt and they lap it up.

I struggled for years to combat the allergies that my little Jack Russell had. Vets said it could be anything from fleas to food to mites to things my dog breathed in. I tried multiple flea bite preventers, switched foods, had the vets give regular steroid shots (eek!!), etc. I was very frustrated with the lack of positive results. Not anymore! I am so relieved, pleased and excited to see my dog feeling better than he ever has before. His skin is COMPLETELY healed: no more red, blotchy, bald spots that he bit and chewed until they bled. His fur is shiny, healthy, and soft. I've had friends and family comment with wonder about his drastic change in appearance. The dosage was easy: just add the proper pill amount according to the dogs weight to the daily food. He gobbled it up without hesitation. I would say it took about 2 months to see the most difference. Since it is a natural product, allow several months to see a change, which would make sense, since with anyone's immune system, it takes time to heal and build up immunity.

I give just one tablet a day to my wire fox terrier and it has helped with her itchy coat. I can't yet comment on its flea repellent qualities, but for such an affordable supplement its benefits are surprisingly good. It might not solve all of your skin woes, but certainly helps!

We researched different options of natural flea control so we could stop putting pesticides on our black lab. Using the Advantix, we couldn't pet her for 2-3 days after application because the "stuff" was always running down her back, even with the vet applying it. Her last application was the beginning of January. We started giving her the Brewer's Yeast & Garlic Tablets the end of January and so far, so good, not a flea on her. We live in Florida, so fleas and biting insects are prevelant, most of the year. So, we're keeping our fingers crossed that this will build up Gracie's immune system and keep the fleas away. We will be trying a natural flea repellant spray as the summer months get here to assist with the process.

I have 5 cats, 2 of which the fleas love and they have terrible allergic reactions to the bites. I have been administering 2 per day to the the cats the fleas love and 1 per day as a supplement to the other 3. The skin problems have stopped and they are close to completely healed. I am considering the natural topical flea application instead of Frontline the next month. If that works, there are several other products I would like to try. The catalog is full of interesting and natural remedies that I think could be very therapeutic and helpful. I'll keep you posted.

Once I stopped giving my dog the standord chemical flea med she get some fleas. The bottle has lasted me 1 1/2 months (60lb dog), no fleas and lola still loves them!Her breath is garlicky after however it doesnt linger. I only noticed it a few times. I am verry happy I found this product. I just ordered my second bottle.

I have two wonderful dogs......a 3 yr. old Border Colli, Abby, and an 11 year old Cocker Spaniel named Oliver. We walk and play in wooded areas every day and last year fleas were a problem with Abby and her long coat. I have used the chemical preventatives (reluctantly) in the past to no avail.
This year I decided to try 'Only Natural Pet Brewer's Yeast & Garlic Tablets'. As instructed as a preventative, I gave both dogs double the daily amount. It was a very hot, humid and rainy summer here; and not one flea has emerged. I also found that the coats on both dogs are softer and shinier.
I plan to continue with this product all winter long. After the second frost I will decrease their dosage to two tabs per lb of body weight. Another great feature is that the dogs love their tablets. They gobble up their dosage with the same enthusiasm as they do their treats.
There is only one itty, bitty downside.....the dogs have garlicky smelling breath for about one half hour after they take their tablets.
If you can hold off with the kisses for that amount of time, these tabs will be sure to please.

We've been battleing a flea problem for almost a year with many trips to the vet for skin infections and hair loss. My dog's skin is clear again and is regrowing his undercoat! I have the most finicky cat and she LOVES taking her pills. Finally some relief for all of us.

After reading all the positive reviews I purchased these tablets and the dog that it was for (Chihuahua Mix) hated them. She's a finicky eater, but just snubbed these - even if I put them in her food. She wouldn't want to eat her food! My Dachshund Mix took them at first, but then didn't want them either. She'll eat them if they are in her food, however.

I have had a terrible time with administering these to my cats. I crush them and sprinkle them onto my cat's favorite wet food but they have a very strong odor and it is not easily hidden. I will however keep trying but so far I cannot say whether these are effective because they are not getting the dosage they require. My cats won't completely eat the food that contains the crushed tablets.

I purchased this product as part of my holistic flea-busting arsenal. In cooperation with Only Natural Pet's wonderful Herbal Defense shampoo, conditioner, and flea and tick spray - the approach seems to be making my cat less attractive to fleas. I do still find fleas around his head, but not as many as usual. However, let me qualify this by confessing that he is outside almost all the time and often runs out the door before I can properly administer the Herbal Defense spray. So, considering the fact that he only has these pills herbally "defending" him out there half the time, they are working remarkably well. In addition, I have noticed that his coat has become more glossy and healthy looking since I've been giving him these tablets. Unfortunately, he does not enjoy taking them, but I see that they are indeed working and doing him good.

My dog LOVES these tablets! I do have to be sure she east when she takes them, because she gets an upset stomach and sometimes gets sick otherwise. I think the price is great, and the quantity too! I have started giving them to her during the summer and then she will take a break during the winter, so we will see how well they help deter bugs. All the other benefits from the b vitamins and garlic in them are a plus too!

All three of my pets can't get enough of these garlic treats. My dog has to take benadryl & hates it! If I lay the benadryl down between 2 garlic pills she laps them all right up! I originally bought garlic pills to treat fleas. We don't have fleas anymore but I keep giving the garlic because it has so many other benefits. Even my youngest, picky cat loves these!

1 tablet per 10#. My dog weighs 150# so I have to give 15 chewables. If he didn't find it palatable, I would have wasted my money.
I have two dogs one is poodle-cockapoo another is Shiba-Inu. I have problem w/Shiba to eat those pills, he is very picky, but on puddle they work fine. I use them together with diatomaceous earth and it is very effective.

I bought these tablets orginally to give to my Border Collie to help with ticks. Because of reviews I read about helping coat conditions, I decided to give them to one of my cats. He is a year old stray I found and took in that was itching so badly, he was covered in scabs. All skin tests turned out negaive. After giving him the tablets (which he likes) for a month, his coat is amazing! He's soft, scab-free, and has stopped itching. We are thrilled!

My dog's initial reaction to the garlic tabs were to spit them back out. And after smelling the contents of the bottle, I wouldn't blame her. I found it to be a lot more effective to crush up the pills and disperse them throughout her food, though. It doesn't take long and she's totally into her meals, again. As far as this product's claim to fame as a flea and tick repellent, I have yet to see ANY bugs come near by dog. I am enthralled to find that I don't need chemicals for Lola. This product has become a life saver on both our parts.

I have 3 dogs and live in Central Florida, we have a huge problem with fleas - I was hoping that this would help, I have used up the whole bottle and it has not helped much at all. Very disappointed after all the rave reviews. I also use the Pet Herbal defence shampoo, conditoner and spray. Still end up finding many fleas! The dogs don't mind eating the pills and there does not seem to be any side effects... How long do I have to use this before it is effective?

I got these tabs to help with fleas & ticks this year. Flea season is not in full swing just yet, but so far I have found that this (along with the Only Natural Pet brand Herbal Defense Shampoo, Conditioner and spray) has been effective at repelling ticks which is a good thing! I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, 1 of my dogs and 2 out of 3 cats love the taste and will eat them like treats. The funny thing is the ones who love it are usually the pickier of my animals! For the others I just tuck it in a tiny bit of cheese and they gobble it down with no problems. So far I'm pretty happy with this product and have no complaints.

When my 2 cats had fleas, #1 - only 1 cat ate them. The other cat didn't want it, but she's quite fussy anyway. # 2 - The cat that did eat them - Simon, it didn't seem to do anything for the fleas. BUT!!!! as a treat, he lets me know that he wants them & he can get VERY demanding!
If I had the patience to try & train Simon to do some tricks (Simon seems to be quite an intelligent cat), I definitely would have used these! But since I'm not training him, then it's a matter of his DEMANDING them when HE decides it time for this treat. I never owned a cat that got this excited over a "treat".

My dogs have all acted like these are TREATS and just scarf them down unlike other brands I have to try and disguise. I have never seen a flea or tick on them either. Not ONE and I'm in Florida. I do use other products for fleas but these tabs seem to do the trick when I lapse.

This product is great. Been using this for many years and I swear by it for fleas, and coat problems. It works wonders and will never give my English Springer Spaniel chemicals. She is an all natural dog,loves the taste and thinks it is a treat. Bugs leave her alone and so do fleas. She likes to eat bees and I don't know how to keep her away from those yet.

I have 7 dogs, 2 greyhounds, 2 chihauas, 1 affenpinscher, a tibetan spaniel and a schipperke and I didn't want to keep using chemicals on them. These tabs are great, my dog snarfs them right down! This is a great and cost-effective way to keep fleas,ticks,etc. away from my kittys. It also makes them very shiny and I don't see as much shedding. I like that it also has garlic in it - a natural antibiotic. I give it to them twice a day - I break it in two on their food. They love it!!!!! I like natural stuff for me and I like it for my cats,too!

I have a female 15 year old rotweiller. She always sheds a lot of hair, but its worse if she has to scratch all the time .Seems like the garlic and yeast tablets improved that condition a lot, even though i have been given her fish oil ,E, and multivitamins, which wasn't stopping her from scratching .

I have been giving brewers yeast to my pets for many years. Cats seem to enjoy them for treats and I have found that dogs do too. They do work to help keep mosquitos at bay but this preparation does give them garlic breath!

I bought this along with the herbal shampoo to help repel fleas and ticks and even after running through fields and forests there still isn't a sign of any on my pups. I am thrilled that I don't have to use Frontline anymore. I also noticed a decrease in the amount of hair my dogs shed which is a huge plus. I have not, however, necessarily noticed a healthier looking coat but that probably just means that my dogs coats were gorgeous to begin with. :)

I have used this daily for three big dogs for almost five months here in Texas. I do use it in conjuction with the herbal shampoo which smells great and the natural powder once a week.

I wish I had remembered that I needed to up the dosage in the summer. It did keep the fleas away longer than last year but without that increase now she has fleas. We are going to start using the dia. earth in combo to get rid of them.

My cats are very finicky eaters and will not consume garlic if added to their food. I’ve been looking for a product that contains garlic & yeast that they will eat & this is it! They love the product & I’m thrilled! I’d recommend this product. Thanks!

I initially bought these pills to help with shedding; however, they do not seem to help with one of the two dogs that we have. They do however, work beautifully in keeping their coat shiny and soft. Additionally, I've been reading that garlic and yeast help deter mositiques which is an added benefit I wasn't aware of at first time of purchase. Another benefit is the dogs love them. I simply place them in the bowl with their breakfast and dinner.

My dogs are usually outside and neighbor other dogs and we have no fleas and their skin is wonderful. Garlic scares those fleas away. Be sure to read 2 tabs per 10 pounds of weight and just like humans you have to administer once a day or uneffective! Great price too!

I give this product to my 2 dogs and they have never had a flea on them! It works great and it is way better than putting a chemical pesticide on them. Thank you for creating a wonderful product to prevent fleas.

I have 4 cocker spanials, and they will eat these pills out of my hand. Infact all I have to do is get the bottle and they all want to be first to take the pills.
Here in Texas we have had our share of rain so the fleas are in full force and can't even treat the yards due to the daily rains,so this is helping me keep them at bay

I've been giving this to my dog for about 2 weeks and have noticed a HUGE difference in his shedding. I no longer have tons of fur on my clothes after holding him. I also use this to help repel fleas and mosquitoes. He loves them! Dog's really do like garlic!

I have 2 German Shepherd/lab mix dogs. After about 2 weeks using this stuff, I notice a big difference of them shedding less.
