I HAVE A SMALL DOG RESCUE AND MANY ARE SPECIAL NEED FURBABIES. I HAVE ONE THAT FOR OVER A YEAR THAT WOULD NOT EAT ANY COMERICAL DOG FOOD. I HAVE HAD TO MAKE MY OWN FOR THIS LITTL GIRL. I BOUGHT SOME OF EVANGER'S VEGETARIAN DINNER AND FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I HAVE HAD THIS LITTLE PRECIOUS ONE SHE ATE AND WAS LOOKING FOR MORE. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT.

Good amount of food for price but my cats just turned their nose up at it no matter what I tried. They prefer more protein but I thought I would give it try. We donated the rest of the case of food we bought to the Humane Society where I am sure it was appreciated by the animals so it did not go to waste. Only product so far that my cats did not eat. Oh well, everyone has likes and dislikes in food, even cats.

Only Natural Pet Store Response:We aren't too surprised that the cats didn't care for the veggie only formula, as cats are obligate carnivores, and typically do best on a meat-based, grain-free diet that mirrors the diet of their wild counterparts. Cats may find this Vegetarian recipe very palatble when its served with added meat.

My dog loves this food! He is very excited at meal time, which is not usually the case with other dog food. The food actually smells great too...way better than other dog foods.
