Each package of Archetype has a mix of chunks, shreds and powder in it. My lhasapoo thinks the chunks are a delicious treat. I mix the shreds and powder in with my dog's Wysong Maintenance kibble. He readily eats the Archetype and if it wasn't so expensive, I'd give him a much greater proportion of it, because I think it's a perfect non-cooked food. I like the mix of meat, organs, bones, plant nutrients, and micronutrients.

Like the Buffet better than the Burgers

My two Aussies enjoy both the Buffet and Burgers. I liked the look of the Buffet when rehydrated - it looked like real food and smelled good.
The Burgers reminded me of dense rice cakes and smelled odd. The dogs would eat them right out of the package or rehydrated. The only way that I could rehydrate the Burgers was to break them apart before adding water.
