I use to feed a grocery store brand that I thought was high quality, but I couldn't figure out why my cats were throwing up and had bad dandruff and shed constantly. I talked to some people on one of the pet forums I belong to and this brand was recommended to me. It took awhile for my older fat cats to get used to it, I think it was like the difference between eating fast food and eating quality healthy food.
I especially like that it's formulated for all life stages since I have older cats and some kittens. Plus, I have an older male cat that has urinary issues and I can feed him this same brand to help with that issue.

Love this food and so does my cat....I switch off foods every now and then and this is one of my cat's favorites. Excellent ingredients! Very nutritious.

Although my younger cats took to this food slowly, they now eat it with gusto. I like this best for my older cat. She was getting to look a bit raggedy and she threw up two or three times a day. Since we started feeding the Felidae, her coat is looking better and she throws up a lot less.

Felidae is an excellent high protein, low carb, and gluten free cat food. It was one of the first high quality cat foods that I started feeding my kitties.
One of my cats used to be sedentary and lethargic. Once I switched him from a low quality kibble to Felidae he lost weight and became more active. He was much more energetic and started running around and playing like a kitten.
Of the three available Felidae kibble formulas my cats seem to like the Adult and Kitten formula with the Chicken and Lamb the best. They don't seem to be too knocked out about the Chicken only kibble.
One of the things that I like best about Felidae is that it does an excellent job managing my cats weight. When my cats gain too much weight I just rotate their kibble to a bag of Felidae and they lose the extra weight.
Felidae is a high protein food that gives cats energy. It isn't filled with unecessary carbs that cause weight gain. I highly recommend it.

Felidae dry cat food is a very reasonably priced, yet excellent, all-natural quality dry cat food(Note: human grade meats,alfalfa, amaranth, herbs, probiotics, no gluten, no corn, etc). I feed 23+ cats Felidae every day, and I feel that it is an investment in the health of my animals (and foster kittens). Not only does this food keep both adults and kittens in top form, but I have seen it dramatically improve the health of sick and malnourished wild kittens that I have trapped and put into our local spay/neuter organization's foster care program. In a matter of weeks, these kitten's immune systems grow stronger and many of them have been able to fight off eye infections and upper respiratory infections (common diseases in feral cat colonies) with a minimum use of standard veterinary medications. The delicate size of the kibble makes it a versatile food for both old (bad teeth) and young cats. The basic cat and kitten formula has a mix of chicken, turkey, and fish proteins, and the cats love it! The Chicken and Rice Formula is a slightly smaller kibble size, a simpler formula, and even easier to digest. I feed this formula exclusively to my Manx cat that has a common Manx syndrome of lack of proper nerve development in the colon (causing colon distention/blockage and colon/bladder control). "Panda Bear" used to get a distended colon and become extremely blocked. My veterinarian advised me that this could create serious, and permanent damage to the colon. Since feeding Panda Bear the Felidae Chicken and Rice formula, his colon is no longer distended and blocked, and he is healthy, happy, and comfortable.I'm so pleased to be able to receive my monthly supply of Felidae through the [...]! I HAVE RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT MY CAT IS ALLERGIC TO SEAFOOD! LIKE MOST CATS THE SEAFOOD FLAVORED TREATS AND FOODS WERE HER FAVORITE. WE HAVE STARTED FEADING HER WITH THE CHICKEN AND RICE VARIETY OF THIS PRODUCT AND SHE HAS TAKEN TO IT REALLY WELL AND IT HAS CLEARED UP HER PROBLEMS. SO YES I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT AND I AM THINKING ABOUT LOOKING INTO THE DOG FOOD FROM THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS THE TREATS THEY OFFER.
