After years of being told only dry food was good for animals, we started to hear evidence to the contrary and introduced wet food into their diet. We have two indoor cats 6 yrs of age. One is overweight but both have only been given very small amounts of dry diet food. Both cats seem to really enjoy the taste and are done with their meals in minutes. Even the one that is finicky about food, used to be a slow eater and does not like change seems to like it. I have also noticed a difference in their coats; both seem to be much shinier. Warning: for the first few weeks one cat was throwing up a good amount but we figured it was because the food was new. That has since stopped. I would suggest mixing in a bit of dry food and using small portions then this product reccomends.
My vet wanted my 16 year old kitty with CRF on a senior formula...problem is that there is only one brand that she likes and they only make two flavors. I tried Innova on a whim and she loves it. In fact, all of the little old ladies love it (ages 15, 16 and 22!). I have already ordered more and will keep her on it as long as she wants. She's the boss.
I have a 20 year old cat who has always eaten dry food. Due to health and dehydration issues, I wanted her to start eating canned food and dispaired of finding one she would touch. This is the one.
Love the all natural ingredients and the added Glucosamine/Chondroitin for my senior cats. All 4 of my cats eat it up. You can actually see the carrots in it!
