My mini schnauzer loves this bit sized food. I got my mom hooked on this food as well. Both dogs are very happy.

I acquired one of my dogs via rescue. Her skin was horrible when they got her. The rescue org placed her on Calif Natural and asked that she remain on it. She has since vastly improved.

One of my Yorkies had itching & ear problems, the other Yorkie suffered from bouts of irritable bowel and pancreatitis which kept him in doggie ICU for 3 days on the verge of death. Major brands of dog kibble switched to vet prescribed diets and the symptoms still persisted. Switched to California natural lamb and rice and within 2 weeks, both Yorkies are thriving with healthy coat, better breath, no gas, itching, diarrhea etc. I feel confident giving this food with NO fillers which often are the root of allergies. GREAT product and worth the extra $$.

I ordered the smaller bag first to see if my Golden would like it..She loved it..My 4 year old Golden Retriever loves this food and has a beautiful coat..I especially like all the natural ingredients and know that my Golden is eating a superior product that is healthy and good for her..

English Springer Spaniel allergic to flax seed and alfalpha. This is the ONLY food I have found that doesn't have one or both of those ingredients. She has eaten it for the last 3 years and has never had an allergy flare except when I ran out and fed her another food. Thank you, it has made her life so wonderful. She is a happy playful pup now!

I have a bulldog, and this stuff has reduced his farts to almost non existant. helps with his coat too.

My dog suffered from itchy skin and was going crazy with biting and itching. I consulted the vet and found she may have a wheat allergy. Within two days of switching from a well known brand, my dog stopped itching. I give it to of my dogs and they love it I feel comfortable with the brand with all of the concerns about contaminated dog food

One of my dog's had problems with most dog foods we tried...i.e. throwing up a lot. Now that we feed him California Natural, we no longer have that problem. It's great and my dog's seem to love it!

I feed my Queensland Jimmy 2x a day 1 cup at each feeding and he is satisfied. He weighs 40# and is very active and satisfied.

My Weimaraner has had allergies since 6 months of age. I spent about two years defining them and after his having serious reactions on a veterinary diet I realized he was also allergic to fish/fish oil (common in a large number of dog foods on the market). Two individuals recommended Cal Natural Lamb and Rice. I switched him over and after about 3 weeks the vet was asking what I had done - he had gained weight back, had a better coat, stopped his daily vomiting, and his hives virtually disappeared. Taz in almost 9 years old now, and only has minor allergy reactions and rarely vomits, something that was common his first two years. Its great dog food. I recommend it regularly.

I have a mixed breed 6 year old dog that is allergic to most of the common dog food ingredients including chicken and wheat. I was so relieved to finally find a dog food that was of high quality that did not contain these ingredients. Both of my dogs love the lamb and rice and their coats and skin show it!
