My dog is a picky eater and changes to her diet can give her unpleasant digestive troubles. I started adding these food rolls to her diet in the form of training treats, dicing the roll and storing it in a bag in the fridge. She loves the flavor, she can smell it as soon as I open the bag and comes running over. She also has never had the digestive upset with this that I saw with other treats and wet food. She doesn't particularly like her kibble, though she will eventually eat it. I started adding a little bit of the food roll crumbled over her kibble about a month ago and she gobbles it down. Now I add even more, since she likes it so much. She seems to prefer the lamb flavor over the beef.

The Natural Balance Rolls are my dogs favorite food! It is easy to prepare and they love it. I also believe that this food has improved their coat and they do not itch like they do on some other foods. Yea! For Natural Balance Rolls!! Also convenient and easy to take when traveling!

My 3 year old Male Chow/lab mix loves this stuff. He is VERY active with free range on 180 acres of land. He refuses and does not beg for human food nor does he like a lot of treats. This stuff fills him up , less mess afterwards and gives him tons of engery.
I feed him nothing but this and a little Dry natural balance every so often.
I train dogs in agility, and was very pleased when my trainer recommended this product to me. I cut up an entire roll and store it in the refrigerator, so it is very economical compared to the small bagged training treats. One of my dogs is very picky about treats, but she will do anything for this product!

I use this for all my four dogs. My oldest of seven, a beautiful sable cocker has cancer and this is all she will eat!!! It is good for her and it gives all she needs for protein. Would not part with it at all!!!!!!I have people where I work that own Yorkies using it now!!

I can feed my one year old Westie, my 8 year old Jack Russell and my 13 year old mutt. All are happy and the nutrition is good for all. I also cut up a slice for training rewards.

We feed our dog with a premium, holistic dry food. One of the very best available. Nonetheless, no single brand is perfect. After careful study we found the dog food roll to make a better job as a supplement to the dry food than as a replacement. We've been very happy and have had great results, and a healthy and happy pup to prove it. The lamb flavor is much more moist and "meaty" than the turkey, but our ECS likes them both pretty much the same. We alternate between the 2 to give her some variety in her diet while maintaining consistent nutrition. Have never tried the beef flavor, as our pup (10yrs. old) is allergic to beef and chicken.
The only drawback is being difficult to cut up for serving. It's easy enough the first time you open it, but the product needs to be refrigerated or frozen (obviously thaw before cutting). Inevitably it will be much more difficult to cut a slice after being first opened. Over the last five years that I have been using this product, I have experimented with every conceivable option for dispensing the meat roll, and finally went with an electric slicer. While extremely efficient, this method is merely a convenience. We strongly discourage shredding. Very messy and almost impossible to clean the shredder.
Friends have had good results increasing the dog's appetite without having to result to canned foods and their dental drawbacks.

Use as just a treat or add grated/diced in with dry food. My dog goes crazy over all 3 flavors. Neat & clean & very easy to serve -- no mess & last for a long time if refridgerated -- so they say -- it never last that long with PITA. A 4 pounder last us over a month using as described.

This would not be a good single food but is great as a treat or to mix with kibble to entice a finicky dog.

Sugar comes right after the meat and before the supplements, Along with a heafty portion of grain sounds like a a whole lot of isulin going threw Ole Shep.
No added sugar ,terrible idea.

Our Chi companions love this food. We have ordered all the varieties and they love them all. When we receive the rolls, they are cut up into portions, frozen and we take out what we need for them each day. This food is a great value and better than anything we could purchase in the store. We will definitely continue to buy it. Thank you for offering this wonderful food.

I would love the product if it contained no wheat flour, which makes my Beagle itch!
