My dogs love Newmans Own Organic Dog Food. When ever we have other dogs (familiy and friends dogs), over to the house for a few days, they will not even touch their own food that has been provided for them.
Our family has been eating more ane more organic food over the years and I am happy I can do the same for my pets.

From time to time I've tried other dog foods, but my two dogs just turn their noses up. The only food they will eat is Newman's Own. I feel safe feeding them Newman's Own because I know all of the ingredients are human grade. I switched to Newman's Own after the tainted dog food scare, and I've been feeding my dogs this dog food ever since!

I like the fact the first 4 ingredients are something you can pronounce.I try to eat healthy and know what I am eating as should my pet.

My male Cocker Spaniel has suffered with skin allergies for a year or longer. Special shampoos and medicines did not effectively meet his needs. Buddy has been eating the Newman's Own Adult Dog Food for about 2-3 months and his skin is absolutely clear for the first time. The organic nature of this product without all the extra additives and colorings has really made a difference in his skin condition. I will continue to order this outstanding product for him and recommend it for any dog with allergies.

I have 2 Beagles who have never been fond of dog food unless something human is added. Since offering this food both dogs love it....and both actually go to the cupboard and beg for it. Amazing!! [...]

I love the fact that I don't have to worry if there is toxic ingredients. And even better the proceeds go to excellent causes! My dogs seem less hungry on this too.

Thanks so much for creating a dog food that has acutal "real nutritious ingredients" in it. With the continued problems involving recalled dog food I decided to do some research of my own because my dog had been showing signs of lethargy. It occurred to me that he was probably not receiving the true nutrient value from his dry dog food. He's always been an eager eater but I wasn't happy with his energy level. He's 8 years old but his decreased energy level demonstrated perhaps a 16 year old dog. I discovered Newmans dog food online and decided to give it a try, liking the fact that it contains organic and human grade ingredients. He's been on his new food for 3 weeks and he not only loves the taste and his energy level is back to his normal but actually can't wait to eat. He now asks me for his dinner starting about 4:00pm. He usually eats by 6:00 or 7:00pm. So we've compromised and he eats by 5:00 now. He's so excited and can't wait to eat. He literally licks his bowl clean. I'm so glad we've finally found a dog food that he truly enjoys and that I know he's really utilizing in absorbing the nutrients.

after the pet food recall , I started searching for a trustworthy product. Paul Newmans dog food is a great find not only does my dog love his new food, butI can feel at ease knowing he's getting the proper nutrition with out all the added chemicals and fillers. Bravo to Paul Newmans dog food

Skeeter has been on one brand of dog food all his life. He went from their puppy chow to the adult food when he turned a year old. When other foods in this company line were added to the recall list I didn't want to jeopardize his health or risk losing him by continuing to use the line and I just didn't feel I could trust other lines either. He was about to finish his bag of dog food (which I know is safe) and I was searching for something healthy other than human food and stumbled across Newman's Own Organic brand. With this family's reputation I knew this brand would be so trustworthy I could eat it. I purchase and enjoy the human food and am pleased to be contributing to the humanitarian causes it supports with my purchases, so figured I couldn't go wrong with critter food and it's humane support. I mixed Newman's Own with some of his regular food and he picked out all the Newman's Own and left the regular food he had been eating for five years! I noticed immediately his stools are no longer very hard, which tells me the food is easily digested. His coat is definitely getting healthier looking as well as his over all appearance. Skeeter brings me his bowl for refills when it is empty, something he never did with his other dry food. He loves people food and thinks he should eat when his humans do, but these days he's too full of his dog food to eat over a few mouthfuls. Thank you Nell for adding this wonderful product for my four legged baby to your Daddy's already fabulous line of foods.

We have tried many top quality dry dog foodsand only search out the very best for our therapy dog rottweiler. It is the first organic food we have found. We like the ingredients and lack of fillers, and no by products. Availability could be better. Otherwise, it is definately the best option for us right now.

We love this product - have been using it for quite a few years - since we first discovered it.
We just found out that it is no longer being carried at our store and we are at a loss.
We have tried to find it elsewhere, asked everyone, looked everywhere but no luck.
I'm not sure what we will do now.
Having it shipped from the USA is not appealing to us as we are concerned with temperature/freshness etc.

I bought this product after the recent pet food "scare" and because I wanted something more healthy.
My little Maltese loves this food and has eaten it with gusto from day one! I respect Newman's Own products and their charitable contributions.
