My mother mentioned how much her dog liked the food up in Boston so I went about trying to get it down in Kentucky which is how come I ordered it from on-line.

My dogs are older so I have them on the dry senior diet. I have tried many, many natural dog foods, and find that they seem to be the healthiest on this one. Easily digestible, tasty and no health problems as I was having with some other brands.
I believe this product is mostly organic, which cuts out a lot of GEO's which I try to eliminate from my pets' diet as much as possible.
The results speak for themselves, I feel very lucky to have found this senior food.

One of my dogs has a sensitive stomach and this
agrees with her, knowing that Newman's Own donates
all profits to charity makes the cost a little
easier to take.

My dog has a sensitive digestive system, but this food does not get her going (if you know what I mean). She has firmer stools, less gas, good breath, and less of a tendency to throw up. Plus, no worries over tainted food from China since it is made here by Paul Newman with all profits going to dog charities. What could be better than that?!

When it comes down to your pets, you are the only one who can look out for them, so it's nice to know you can trust Newman's Organics. The ingredients are human grade, natural and organic. I own pure-bred dobermans and like all pure-breds they come with their own genetic predispositions. With Newman's Organics I am assured I am giving them wholesome, chemical-free, organic nutrients!

How nice to know that our animals were safe using this product during the recent widespread recall. Our greyhounds love this food, and we love it knowing the ingredients are organic and nutritious enough for humans. Why would you feed your pet something you wouldn't eat?

After feeding a bag of contaminated food and then having a voluntary recall of another premium brand I was feeding, I began making my own raw food diet with vegetables, grain, etc. I supplement this with Newmans. Gives me peace of mind. My dogs are eating live food which is the best and the supplement is good for them too.

I started using Newmans because I was paying for quality food only to have my dog poisoned (recall). Decided organic, natural food certified by Oregon tilth was about the only safe way to go. I also feed a raw diet to supplement so the dogs get some "live" food.

I have three dogs who are very particular about their food. They all love Newmans Own. After all the recalls, I was nervous and switched to Newmans Own because it didn't contain anything under suspicion. I was worried they woudn't adjust well to the change but they actually jump up and down when the food arrives. They can't wait to eat (and this includes my fourteen year old lab who's been known to go on a hunger strike rather than eat something she doesn't enjoy.) Their coats are shinier and my corgi has lost weight and gained muscle! I highly recommend this brand. The treats and canned food are great also.

Being concerned about the dog food recall, I decided to switch my dog's food from Purina to something different....but who could I trust? Paul Newman and his daughter, Nell, seem to care so much about people, pets, and the environment, so I decided to go with the Newman's Own Organics. I chose the Advanced Dry Dog Food for him. He has been on it several weeks now... I thought he was okay before, but now he runs and plays like a pup! My husband and I talked the other day about how much energy he has had lately..we have had him for 3 years..but today seemed like it was one of the best days he's ever had...he ran and ran, just for the joy of it! I thank God for his improvement and the Newman's dog food. We started him out gradually on it, and he had no stomach upsets at all. Thank you Newman's Own Organics!!

My dog is 14 years old and has been eating Purina One products as a dry food snack for the past several years. His daily dinner is prepared for him and consists of Chicken Breast with white rice. Since the recent reports in the media about the dog food recalls...I decided to stop feeding the dry food he was eating and go for something more natural in addition to his chicken & rice.
I'm happy to say...He loves this!
I had no problem with him adjusting to it. His belly was a little upset due to the change (which is normal) but only for a day.
