I fostered a dog that had skin issues and chicken allergies. He was fed this diet for about 2 months and didn't vomit at all. I thought that I would try another diet that didn't have chicken in it. After 2 months of being on that, he vomited 4 times in a week. I put him back on this and he didn't vomit at all. he loves this food!! The only thing I have to say about this food is that it is quite expensive.

I first started using the duck formula after my friend said that it helped her dogs with allergies. She was right. My dog used to have horrible problems with allergies, especially in the summer, but since I started feeding her the duck formula, the itching and scratching has been minimal. I've been alternating between the duck formula and venison to keep my dogs from eating the same old thing everyday.

Tried this dog food on the advice of an independent seller of dog products while on vacation with my pug. Her stomach was raw from rubbing and her ears were a smelly mess. After 2 weeks all her ills were healed. Guess she was alergic to "off the shelf" dog food. What a find this was for me. I found I could buy it on line as no one sells the venison flavor near me in MA.
Its so nice having a healed dog that doesn't smell and itch. We are BOTH much happier. I'll never feed her anything else. The extra cost is well worth it.

My labradore retriever mix lost almost all his hair and iched and scratched almost constantly. His vet began to suspect food allergies. After eliminating the possiblity that he had mange, we put him a food trials. The Wellness Simple Solutions Duck Formula was the food that finally worked. His hair started growing back and the iching was reduced dramatically.

My older dog has allergies and this is what the vet order. She loves it and I like the fact that it comes in 2 flavors. Duck and Venison.

Our 1 year old rescue (shepherd cross) had diarrhea every single day since we got him. We tried many things and finally came across this product. He hasn't had a stomach upset ONCE since eating this. Also he doesn't like to eat much at a time and this food is so nutritious that a much lower amount is needed to satisfy his daily needs. I recommend this food all of the time and only have heard good things.

We love all the wellness products, but have found the "simple" work best for our 5 dogs of varying age, breed and size. No more runny eyes and scratching. They love the taste and we know we are giving them the best.

The scratching has finally stopped!

I was told to just cut out the beef from my dogs diet. That was not enough, read some more information and tried the wellness product, after just one feeding his scratching is down 60%. I see this product finally helping. Thank you wellness!

Boston Terrier no longer has gas!

We got our Boston Terrier Beckham at 12 weeks old, and he had terrible stinky gas from the time we brought him home. It was to the point that our friends wouldn't even want to sit beside him because of the stinky smell.

Beckham started itching his ears, stomach and belly to the point he would bleed. After several trips to the Vets with no cures for his scratching, my husband and I decided to try a Allergy Formula food to see if perhaps Beckham was allergic to his food. We switched over to Wellness Allergy Formula Venison & Brown Rice on December 28, 2006. He loves this food, and hasn't had any gas since switching him over to this food.

As well, his itching has subsided considerably which is a good sign.

I highly recommend it! It has done wonders for my puppy. To think that his belly isn't sore from gas all of the time, also makes me very happy.
