I was super excited to receive this product, but the result was not what I expected. My dog is absurdly picky. I read all these amazing reviews about how this product will change his appetite and he'll be compelled to eat. Not only did it smell absolutely vile (I had to leave the room) but he looked at me like I was insane for expecting him to consume such a product. I definitely wouldn't buy this again.

A tip for anyone trying this that is new to the dog world. Always switch your dogs diet gradually, don't expect overnight results. I've been increasing the amount a little each day and one thing I KNOW after a week,,, they look forward to me reaching for those cans !!! Stools look good, no gas, waiting to see how the next month goes,,,

I have fed all Tripett products to my dogs since I found it, about 2 years ago. I feed an all natural, raw diet to my dogs and Tripett is added to their holistic kibble at night. They get their raw in the morning. Since starting this program and useing Tripett, my dogs have more energy, shinier coats, and almost no health problems. It is fed to all of my dogs from puppies to seniors.

Tripett uses only all natural ingredients, the best they can find. I feel that for the product they have, it is underpriced and would still feed it if prices went up. My vet agrees she has never seen healthier dogs and ones with less problems. Skin, coat, digestion, energy, everything has gotten better since I started useing these products.

I raise and train dobermann for police, sport, search and rescue and my dogs have to be at their best all the time. Tripett helps keep them there.

Thanks Tripett.

I had to write in about this product. My dog is elderly and not a good eater. He usually runs away when it is food time! When I put the tripe in his food bowl mixed in with his usual (yogurt, organic dog food, fresh vegetables, etc.) he rushed over and started eating. Everyday has been the same. I am so happy with this. The odor is really nothing.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to try feeding this to my EXTREMELY finecky puppy. I must admit it has a pretty foul smell and when my husband smelled it, he was convinced our Beau would not even touch it. We watched in amazement as he started eating it up. Even more amazing was the fact that he ate all the tripe and left the kibbles!

At last, my finicky dog found happiness

I found this product trying to find a food suitable for my female Eskie with renal disfunction. Sadly, my search was too late for her, but my finicky male Eskie, who turns up his nose at everything, is now getting the benefits of this healthy food. He loves this stuff! And at the age of 14, he acts like a puppy now, running all over the place, jumping, playing, after just 2 weeks of this new diet.

The green tripe really doesn't smell that bad. It's a little like what a cow smells like, but I promise the odor won't make you queezy. I am so glad that my little guy enjoys his food with great enthusiasm.

I recently feed this to two litters of puppies, and am so glad I did. The vet said they were the healthiest pups he's ever seen! I mix one can with their usual canned puppy food twice a day. The pups have beautiful coats, and I know they are getting tons of great nutrients to support their growing bodies. This food does have a bit of a smell, but it only seems to make the puppies love it more.

My dogs go nuts for this food! One can a day, mixed with their other food, keeps them looking and feeling their best. I couldn't believe the change in them after just a few days. My dogs run several miles a day, and since I began feeding them the Tripett they have had an easier time staying in top physical shape. It has also made their coats oh so healthy! It does have a strong smell, but the benefits are well worth the odor.

I question it's nutritional value,But! whenever my dog refuses his food, i add some of this tripe-and he suddenly regains his appetite...?

Only Natural Pet Store Response:Green Tripe is rish in nutrients and can be quite helpful for dogs with short- or long-term digestive issues, as well as for stimulating appetite during or after a dog has gone through any health issues that impact desire to eat.

I use a "dollop" a day for each of my two dogs. They really love it! It was recommended when my dogs were having digestive issues and I've kept on using it because it's good for them and I can get past the smell for something that makes them happy.
