This removed a lot of the plaque and tartar build of from my 9 year old dog's teeth. He let me spray it in his mouth before bed time and in 30 days I could definitely see an improvement. I use it intermittently now for dental maintenance. This is expensive, but it really works and is well worth the price. Especially for older pets, who have some discomfort when you brush their teeth, this product is really good. Just be sure not to give food or water to your pet an hour before or after administering the spray, as the directions say. If they do eat or drink too close to the time of spraying it on their teeth, it can cause nausea.
Ihave two dogs-a 10 yr old maltese and a7 yr od shih tzu. The maltese's teeth had a bad tartar build up. I used Leba III as directed and although I'm pleased with the results-a marked decrease in tartar, It took longer to get the results(4-5 months) than thesuggested 8 weeks. I now have both dogs on maintenance and I am pleased with the results.
I have only used this product 3 times since I received it and both my dogs' teeth are substantially freer of tartar in only a short time. I will continue to use it because it is so much cheaper than having their teeth professionally cleaned and my female standard poodle's teeth are highly susceptible to tarter.
I just started using this product. It takes 4-6 weeks so I can't make any determinations yet. I did find out it was very hard to spray my cat's tongues with the spray. I tried for 5 days and I have to believe I only hit the tongues 1/3 the time. So I was grateful to read the optional directions on the website. So I got distilled water and will now begin the squirting. I have to say, this would be really easy to do on a dog, though. I wish I had found this product when my dog was still alive. She was too old to go under anesthesia and so her teeth got very bad. Well I am crossing my fingers and hoping this product will be the solution to getting that 4 year old cat tartar off or I will be off to the vet's!

We have been using this product for over two years! It has kept my 12 year old lab's teeth pretty clean. Much better and cheaper than going to the vet to get your dog's teeth clean. No worries of anesthesia either, especially when you have an older pet. Of course, it won't be as thorough as the vet's because they scale/scrape the teeth but it's enough to keep the tartar build-up. Best thing to do is get your dog's teeth clean by the vet first and then use this afterwards and from then on, you won't ever need the vet for dental cleaning. You must use it long term and consistently in order to get the maximum effects and keep it that way. It's a good product and so far, it has worked for us.
