Great for daily use. Also great for special circumstances. After my dog Gracie had conquered bone cancer in her jaw (a couple years ago), an awful odor remained. Fresh Breath eliminated it completely and has helped to keep everything balanced ever since. My mom is giving it to her dog now, too. Easy to use. It tastes no different than normal water. Worth every penny.

This stuff really works! I own a Rottweiler (1.5 years old, 93 pounds). For some reason his breath has always been horrible. He likes to chew on ropes, but even the special dental rope with baking soda didn't help much. I brushed his teeth ever 2 weeks or so, but nothing really helped much. The plaque was getting thicker and it was looking worse - to the point that I was starting to think that he'd have to have his teeth cleaned by the vet... One tooth even looked like he was getting a cavity in it... Anyway, I got the plaque off (and the spray too, but I mostly use the plaque off cause he HATES the spray and trying to hold down a 90-some pound rott when he doesn't like something is a challenge for 2 people...). This stuff works! I'm getting down to the bottom of the bottle now - I've been putting this into his water for about 1 month now and his breath is good (it's hot, but not stinky), and his plaque is almost gone, it's oxidized to the point that it can even be scraped off with a fingernail. Thanks!

Have been using this in my 6 year old cats water for only 4 weeks and this teeth look cleaner already.
Plaque Off does work; my problem is with the manufacturer and issues with mold growing in the bottle. Three times I have discovered mold (fuzzy green balls) in the Plaque Off. I contacted the manufacturer, who stated that the company was aware of the mold problem and that they hoped they had solved the problem. After three times of seeing the mold in this product, I have determined it is not safe for my pets. Bummer because it really does work!

I started to use this product after I had my dahshund's teeth cleaned in February. He usually needs to have them done twice a year, but since I've been using Plaque Off, I can tell that he will probably only need to have them done once a year! His teeth, while not brilliant white, are much cleaner than they usually would be after 4 months and his breath is WAY BETTER!

I tried this product last month [4/09]. I was shocked within 4 hours I could smell a diference in our Tippy's breath. She's a 10 yr.old Pom/Pek Rescue Doggy with very bad teeth. 2 Vet's have said to have some of her teeth pulled. It's been about 3 weeks and her breath is really good, and some of her teeth are whiter looking. I like that all I have to do is add it to her water. I am sssooo HAPPY.

This is great stuff...Use it for my cats, and now my sister uses it for her small dog which had terrible breath and discolored teeth. Both the breath and teeth have improved tremendously after a short time of using plaque-off.

I've been using a similar product with same ingredients but due to lack of sales they discontinued it. This is the only thing on the market that has the same ingredients. Trust me this works but give it time. I started using this last summer and just this week at the check up for one of our cats he asked me if I was brushing them. Nope just adding this to their water. I have 3 cats and a Yorkie and I make a gallon and keep in the frige. This lasts a long time. People give it time - it will work and I haven't had any problems. Their breath is better and their teeth are amazing and this cat was most likely going in for a teeth cleaning. Now I don't have to. I can't wait to see what he says on our next month visit with our other cat and Yorkie.

I've been using this product for about 6 weeks now. Originally bought for my 12lb Jack Rat Terrier who has some worn down teeth that her chew bones are not very effective on. I haven't noticed much difference in bad breath but the improvement in my dogs tarter is amazing! In 6 weeks her light tarter is gone and the hard dark tarter that was near her gum line is visibly decreasing and getting lighter in color. Wonderful product, I will never be without it!!!

My dogs do not even notice when I add this to their water and it is definitely working to keep the plaque off their teeth.

I add a few drops in their water and they don't seem to know the difference.
My dogs breath has improved significantly after a week of administration.
This is our second bottle and it has help eliminate bad breath on our dogs.
It doesn't remove severe tartar or cure gingivitis but it does make bad breath disappear!
Been using this for about a year now, was a little worried when they changed bottles and took it away for a while. Thought it wasn't coming back. Anyway it works and works fast, it's also long lasting and if you can get a brush in your dogs mouth the impact's even better.
I've tried the items you sprinkle on as well as the sprays and this not only works better than all rest but it's much more effective. Cheaper, easy and neither of my three dogs have ever turned their nose up nor not drank their water. They have no idea how much the simple task of drinking their water has now improved their health.

I put two capfuls in my dogs water bowl every morning. He doesn't seem to notice it at all and whenever we go to the vet, she always remarks about how good his teeth look. He would never let me brush his teeth, so it's nice to have a product like this that works so well.

I have 2 chihuahuas and with mouths so small, it's quite difficult to brush their teeth.
After reading positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Bought the bottle and mixed a few drops in their water.
I was doubtful at first but to my amazement, it really works!
My dogs' teeth has cleaned off a little of the tartar build up - but best of all it took away the bad breath!
All natural, great value, bottle lasted me about 4 months.
Buying my second bottle today.

We have a 14 year old American Eskimo who even after teeth cleaning by a Vet continued to have tarter build up and bad breath. After a few short weeks of use there was tremendous improvement. We also have two young Dachshunds and it has kept their teeth in prime condition. Going on 3 years of use and will continue indefinitely!!
This is a really great product. My dog has never allowed me to brush his teeth (he's 4 yrs. old) and adding a couple of capfuls of this to his water does the trick. He just had his yearly check-up and his vet said his teeth look wonderfl.

I began by putting plaque off in my bulldogs water to help with tartar build up and bad breath. They never even noticed I had put anything in the water. First I noticed I was not having to scrub the water bowl just a rinse and it was clean. Then I noticed the dogs breath improving daily. Finally at the last dental check up the vet was amazed how much better the dogs teeth looked. Both dogs are rescue dogs and had a long way to go but this product has made huge improvements. It worked so well taht I am now giving it to all my animals, cats dogs, pot bellied pigs and horses.

I have a four year old lab/shepherd mix who would never sit still to have his teeth brushed, even as a pup. This seems to do a good job keeping his teeth clean as they look very good.
I love this product! We had used another product for over a year without results. I tried to give that blue product time to work, but no luck. Triple Pet Plaque Off is fantastic stuff. My 14 year old border collie and 2 cats drink their water with the Plaque Off in it, and they don't even know. And my dog's teeth have never looked cleaner. He always had a tartar build-up problem, so we wanted to find something to help. We finally found this product. We first saw results after 2 weeks. And now, after 3 months, his teeth get cleaner and cleaner. I have gotten my neighbor to buy this for her dog too. Truly amazing product. By the way, the packaging says it will reduce waste odors, but I have NOT found this to be true at all. This is fine with me, as I purchased the product for their teeth, not their waste odors, but just letting you know.

I have a diabetic dog and this product was recommended to me. She had foul offensive breath. I was a little skeptical and did not think that this product would work. I used this product and in just a few days I noticed her breath was not as bad. It has definitely made a difference and I would recommend this product to anybody who has a dog with bad breath. I am very happy to have found a product that works!!!!!!!

My papillon (~7.5 lbs) has a dental problem, in that she is prone to tartar build up (most paps are) which can lead to bad breath... She eats hard food only, has lots of chew toys and treats that are meant to keep tartar at bay, and I use an enzymatic toothpaste, but alas she still gets tartar. So, I started to use a water additive (not this one) a while back, but it had an odor and color to it and the cat wouldn't drink out of the water bowl, so I switched to this product which is clear, odor- and taste-free, and both pets don't even know it's there! In the month I've been using it I have noticed a significant change in her breath and her bowel movements have become more regular and healthy looking. I cannot tell if it is helping with tartar build up yet, but I have an appointment to get her teeth cleaned, so I'll have a clean slate to report on next time.

My pug, Rosie, always had fishy smelling breath even as a pup and it didn't get any better with age. She is on a very high quality food and her teeth are sparkling white so i needed something to sweeten her breath as she is a kisser. This product is wonderful. My Yorkie hates to have her mouth touched at all. She is 6 and I have noticed a considerable amount of tartar on her teeth. I am afraid to have her teeth cleaned, since she would have to put under for that. I started putting this in her water a few weeks ago and her and my cat drink and don't notice the difference. But, my dogs tartar is slowly becoming less and less, so I guess this stuff works.

Own two cats. Cat #1 chews dry food well. Cat #2 does not seem to chew dry food very well and tends to chew on one-side of her mouth. Result is that teeth on lesser-used side and in back of her mouth are plaque prone. Have used this product for 6 months with minimal improvement. I will try other rememdies and report findings.

My Maltese dog has had periodontal problems, as most smaller dogs do. This product has been very helpful in eliminating his bad breath, and it's so easy to use. My holistic vetrinarian recommended it to me.

My dogs (I have collies) all have tartar and bad breath issues. I brush and scale their teeth and they still have problems. I have tried just about every breath freshener and tartar reducing product out there for dogs and this product is by far the best. I would not want to be without it. They don't seem to notice it in the water as they still drink it just as they always did. The bad breath is better and the amount of tartar build up on their teeth has been reduced. This is a great product for dogs that are not big chewers as chewing gets rid of plaque and tartar build up. It is mild, it doesn't have a strong odor and the dogs like it. It is not however, an alternative to brushing the dog's teeth.

This is an easy-to-use dental care product...perfect for the dog who doesn't like his teeth brushed! Just add to water daily, seems to not affect the drinking water taste.
Noticed better breath after just a couple of days.
This is our first bottle so too soon to report on tartar results which is stated to take about eight weeks of continuous use.

This product has all but eliminated teeth cleaning for my polmeranian. Our large dog (30 lbs.) has cleaner teeth and a much better breath. I have gotten three of my friends to try it and now they use it. I am very happy with the product.

I have 4 kitties and none of them seem to notice this product in their water bowls. We have only been using it for a little over 2 weeks, and already have noticed it has helped with reducing litter odors and with their breath. I do not think we have been using it long enough to see improvements with plaque and tarter build-up. I will continue to use this product and look forward to more positive results as time goes on. :)

My dog shows no resistance to the product when it is applied to his water bowl, which shows that it blends well in the water. Nonetheless, it is too early for me to tell if it actually has an effect on plaque or on the pH of my dog's urine. So far, the pH has continued to be acidic to my poor fig tree. Nonetheless, the product was not used more than 2 weeks and the label indicated that pH change and plaque removal become visible within 4 weeks. That is why I cannot write a positive or a negative review and instead gave it a three.

As most dog owners would agree, dogs are not too accomodating to have their teeth brushed. Mine fit that mold. After hearing from the vet that my dog had pre-mature plague for his age (2 years), I immediately sought out a product to help. After using Plaque Off for just a few days, his teeth are noticably cleaner and brighter. I simply add the product to his drinking water and he's not resistant at all (and we're talking about a pug). I recommend this product.

We have two terriers--a cairn terrier and a terrier mix. Terriers tend to get tarter on their teeth. Since using Triple Pet Plaque Off their teeth have been white with very little tarter. We have been using this product for several months now and will continue to use it.

Have been using for two weeks. This may be an effective dental product; however my dogs don't want to drink their water any more. They definitely notice the difference in taste. I figured they'd adapt after a few days, but they haven't.

Since I put my senior cat on a primarily soft food diet her breath became very strong. This product helped her breath improve and she doesn't even notice when I put it in her water. So far I haven't noticed any improvement with her gums, or plaque build up, but I've only been using it for 2 wks.

I never expected it to work so fast! The next day my 15 year old dog's breath was much improved! Her teeth are looking more and more like that of a young dog. There are no excuses for "dog breath" anymore!

After using this for just one week on three dogs, all of them had significant improvment. Our lab's teeth went from being covered in plaque to being sparkly white in two weeks. Plus, no more spots on the lawn. I don't know why this works so well, I am just grateful it does!

Over a couple weeks, I could see the plaque on my kitty Marley's teeth dissolving/disappearing, and noticed fresher breath even sooner. Great for older cats like him (18 years!) who can't go under anethstesia. Best thing was, he didn't even notice I added to his water - and he's very sensitive/picky about his water/food. Highly recommend this item.

My dog is nearly 9 and has always had problems with plaque. I could never brush her teeth because she wouldn't let me and I've had to have her teeth professionally cleaned once a year. As she aged, the breath got worse and intolerable and we couldn't stand her breathing on us. I found this product on this website and decided it was worth a try. After about 3 or 4 days, I began to notice a decrease in her bad breath odors. After a couple of weeks, I noticed the plaque on her teeth was starting to lessen. The ingredients are all natural and so I'll definately continue using this product. It's also affordable and a lot cheaper and less dangerous than having them cleaned professionally since they had to put her to sleep for the procedure. She also seems more comfortable and doesn't constantly lick her chops so to speak. Definately give it a try!

My 2 year old dog's teeth were starting to get full of plaque. I've tried brushing his teeth since he was a puppy and it's such a struggle, I wanted something easier. I tried this out, you just pour a little into their water. A year later, my vet says his teeth are in such good shape that he doesn't need to come in for the cleaning she'd receommended before I started using this product.
