My family used the version for humans when my father died and we all felt it helped. It is great for pets too! For medium-long term period it helps to cope with life-changing experience, like moving to a new house. It does not help much for short-term problems.

I bought this to give it to my dog when we went on vacation. I gave her before we arrived at the airport, and it worked great. She is usually a very hyper dog, but this helped her calm down. She was really relaxed and quiet during the whole flight. She flew in-cabin with me. I love Bach Rescue Remedy!

Most reviews for Bach Rescue Relief say that it works and works well. I agree. As for anyone having difficulty with it, sometimes results may not be immediate and it also depends on how stressed the animal is and over what. For someone with difficulty getting their cat to the vet for instance, you would have to probably do more than just dose them and "stuff" them into a carrier. You may have to undo all the damage you didn't realise you were doing by making that pet carrier feel SAFE. In other words, start long before the vet appointment and get the cat/pet to re-learn to tolerate if not enjoy their pet carrier. Do this with treats, leaving the carrier out with toys in it, taking short trips that don't result in a painful vet visit and treats after. In this day of quick fixes and rushing around, we may forget to consider how this affects our companion animals. I've been using Bach's Rescue Remedy for 3 months now with my 2 female spayed cats who suddenly were not getting along and getting more territorial. It has made a lasting and amazing change for both cats. They now PLAY again together where before, I was worried I'd have to seperate them to different parts of the house because they couldn't tolerate one another. This really works but you also in some situations have to do behavior modification too. (Consider treats/rewards and more play as well)
It may also depend on how administered. We administer drops on the tongue direct.
Works fantastic in conjunction with Feliway Spray (spray pet crate 1/2 hr before placing kitty in)

Used this product many times - especially when Webster is placed in a stressful situation, i.e. lots of company, lots of children, lightening and thunder, etc. This definitely takes the stress out and allows him to relax.

I used this for my cats as recommended by a vet and for myself as recommended by an MD. None of us noticed anything different. The cats were as stressed as ever when riding in the car and when staying away from home. I know other people think it's great (both for humans and animals) and maybe it works for them, but not for me or my cats.

Our Corgi dog hates loud bangs and booms. July is especially hard for him since that's the month the tons of illegal fireworks get used. In the past, I had to give him meds from the vet to help calm him down. This year I tried the Bach's rescue remedy and the phero-soothe and he was able to "tolerate" the noise like a pro. This rescue remedy says that people can take it too, so I tried it on one of the nights the noise was getting to me too. It does work! And not in a groggy way...just a calming sensation like you just had a nice warm cup of tea and the rest of the world doesn't matter at that point. Very nice. I will continue to use this product for my Corgi everytime the stress arises. I highly recommend it!

This is most amazing product. My dog Sam is a one year old Dachshund. He was always a very good dog and never had any anxiety problems until this 4th of July. The fireworks in the neighborhood were very loud. And even though he was inside he was terrified. He barked most of the night and refused to go back in his crate. Also my daughter could not leave his side or he would get frantic. This behavior got worse day by day. Finally I turned to my friend who suggested that I get a bottle of Bach's Rescue Remedy to calm him down. I imediately did so and the first night I tried it it took two doses until he feel back to sleep at night like he did before. The next day he was totally at ease sitting in his crate waiting for me to take him outside. By the second night my daughter checked with me in the morning to make sure Sam was OK. There were fireworks again and also a very loud thunderstorm. Sam slept right through it all!!!At first I thought it might be the alchohol that was relaxing him but that would not account for his relaxed behavior in the morning and through-out the day. A wonderful product.

I give my beloved Lhasa Apso Rescue Remedy when the first sign of a thunderstorm happens. She tells me when by having a panic attack and this calms her and has eased her anxiety. It has been an enormous help to both of us, I do not use it for myself, by removing her fear it also removes my concern for her emotional stress.

I tried Bach Rescue Remedy (BRR) at the advice of my brother and brother....does it ever work. My Brittany Spaniel (Belle) gets very anxious during thunder and lightning storms. I can tell in advance if we are going to get a storm by her reaction. Belle used to get nervous, panting, barking, pacing, heart racing. I administered several drops of BRR last night for the first time and she mellowed right out. It did not make her tired or sleepy but she continued to play and get her belly rubbed instead of her reactions from the past storms. It gladdened my heart to see her relax instead of being all anxious. I had to administer another few drops about 30 minutes later while the storm was still going on. You can actually see the effects and make a judgement call on how much to administer. There were no side effects. I will always have a bottle of BRR around. Thank you for your product!!!!!!!

It really helped control seizures for my Dalmation when all the conventional medications were used at maximun safe levels. I will always recommended it.
