Our active 6 yr old Aussie was recently diagnosed with asthma related to an inhalant exposure and was put on steroids. When it seemed he might continue to need treatment, I started looking for something 'natural'. I adjusted the dosing to give the drops when he had an attack, and by the second day his attacks were under control, lasting less than 10 minutes.

I have 5 cats in my aparment, and they all have certain conditions that rendered them "unadoptable". My big male cat has wheezing problems that sometimes scare me some. The other day, he was just laying on the linoleum, wheezing very loudly, I found the Newton's Homeopathic for Cough and Asthma, gave him a few drops, and the wheezing stopped almost right away and has not returned yet. This is much safer than him getting a steriod shot from the veterianarian. Especially since they all are rescues and you never know what will happen next with their immune systems.

I don't why this works so well for my dog, it just does!! I have been using this product awhile and it honestly works for my Chihuahua. He likes it! Swear! I have no problems giving this to him at all. Best yet it's not a costly thing to use and my dog likes it! I really like the idea it's a natural product and it works better than a prescription medicine.

Cat is difficult to hold still to give the medicine, however I have honed a good position to administer it in.

These drops have reduced my cat's asthma attacks dramatically. He would wheeze nearly every day, and sometimes more than once a day at that. Now it's maybe once or twice a week. After reading the remarks from a previous poster I'm going to increase the dosage to twice a day to see if that will be of even more benefit.

My cat recently developed asthma. She is an older cat, so it's very common. The vet gave her steroid for the first time and I couldn't imagine continuing her on them. They made her even more asthmatic after she stopped taking them. She was coughing and weezing no matter how little she moved and it made her very lethargic.
After massive amounts of research on steroids, i decided I wanted to try an alternative before I put her on a permenent treatment plan prescribed from the vet.
I started giving her the cough-asthma drops and within two weeks her symptoms subsided. I weened her off of the drops and sure enough her asthma came back, so the drops were indeed working.
For the price I can't complain. I giver her 3 - 5 drops twice a day. once in the morning and once at night.
She is a completely different cat with how much more active she has become!

I only tried this product because of one of the reviews that I read. They said it worked for their dog and reading what was written it sounded just like my dog. I was willing to try anything to help my dog. He has a collapse trachea. I did not like the idea of using seroids, which I have and they really didn't work that well. I wanted something natural and this product worked for my dog. He doesn't experience any symptoms when I give him this product at all like what he was having without it. This actually made his cough go away and I feel very good about giving him something natual. It's so simple to use too! I would recommend highly to use this.

I used this for my cat, to avoid the continual steroids needed to control his asthma. I thought it may have been working, but when the effects of his last steroid shot wore off after 4 months, his attacks recurred. This despite taking Newton's remedy for 5 months. Very disappointed in the product.

11 yr old indoor Siamese Cat suffers from ideopathic cough and wheezing symptoms. Ultra-sound and numerous vet exams and tests have not resulted in definitive diagnosis of the cause of her symptoms. After adding this to cat's water, cat's symptoms have improved. Cat used to cough and wheeze every day for long periods. Now her coughing spells occur occasionally rather than daily, and for much shorter periods. Sometimes cat goes days without any coughing-wheezing symptoms. Nothing else has changed in her diet except for the addition of these drops. In addition to these drops I add drops of Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy to cat's water to enhance the effect of the Newton cough-asthma drops. Since it works for the cat, I have added it to my asthmatic husband's drinking water bottle which he takes to work every day. I will continue to use this product, every day.

My 10 year old JRT has had allergies which make him cough. I have been giving him a few drops every morning. He has had NO problems since starting this product. It must be given every day to see benefits.

I ordered this because I was at wits end. I had been to the vet 4 times with my 16 yr old cat, Jade. She had been healthy all her life and then about 6 months ago had begun coughing, wheezing, sneezing, and somewhat lacking energy. The vet checked her out and said she was healthy other than she had developed asthma. He gave her a cortisteroid shot that gave her SOME relief for about 3 weeks. Then, back to the vet for another. He said this would be the way for the rest of her life. The shots stopped working so well after about 3 of them. She started wheezing constantly, just walking around the house, or even sleeping. It was really scary and sad to see her like this. I would have tried anything. I bought this really not expecting it to work. I give her 3 drops every morning. It is somewhat of a challenge to get her to take it. Only 2 days since I have started this have I had to give her another dose. She still sneezes or coughs once in a while, but not like she used to. She is a lot better. I haven't even taken her back to the vet for another cortisteroid shot because this is working much better. It took about three weeks for us to notice any difference, but now it is amazing how much better she can breathe.

My cat Phelonius came down with Asthmatic Bronchitis. He got through hard spells with meds. But, he started to cough like clockwork every morning. I bought this and started a daily morning treatment; 3 drops to his .75 oz Wet food. He didn't notice the taste [I was worried about that]. He gobbled up his food. It took about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to get into his system, but he stopped coughing [Give it time. Everyone is different]. It took a few days for me to realize he had stopped. He does still cough occasionally, but not like he used to. I would recommend this to any Cat owner who's cat has ASthma or any coughing[Note: maybe your cat doesn't have a hairball? Take him in to see doc] My Vet wants to know the name of this product to pass on to other patients.

This product really works, I have taken my dog for years to the vet for this problem and they gave me different diagnoses, one said he had a collapsed trachea, because the noise that he made. people on the street would ask if he had Asthma, I really did not know what else to do until I found this site, I decided to try this product and praise the lord, my little yorkie is fine he does not choke up anymore and I am just thrilled I will soon buy another bottle, this one is almost finish. Thank you for this great product. I really recommend it.
