I have a dog that has a intermitent cough. He has been x-rayed, ultra sounded, blood work, poked and proded. The only thing I knew for sure is his cough was causing lung damage. I tried so many products, just trying to keep him from coughing and doing further damage. This is the only one that has worked. I use it on a "as need basis". I recently used it twice, one time a day for 2 days and now no cough, so I'll wait and if he coughs I'll give it too him again. I've been using the product for about 2 years now. I'm very happy with the product! Sue

I have a 13 yr old dog who was recently diagnosed with bronchitis and put on a steroid. He developed bad side effects and after searching for alternatives, and trying several, I found this medicine. After the first ten days, his symptoms were remarkably better- his breathing is now much deeper and calmer, although the cough still persists, just not as pronounced. I would highly recommend this and found it to be safe with no side effects.

My new stray cat, about 3, has severe asthma and the vet put it on dope. This product is helping me get the cat off the dope but I have found that I must double the reccomended dose for it to work w/o the cat starting to cough again. I'm currently giving the cat a double dose of the herbs for 3 days and then a half dose of the dope for one day. Hope to have him off the dope soon!

... our dog wasn't on so many medications. My 6yr old Rat Terrier, Zen, has had tracheal collapse since he was a year old. Recently he underwent surgery, which was successful, but then out of the blue he started coughing all the time again. Zen has been on 7 different medications with no signs of improvement from any of them. Right now he's on a steroid, cough meds, and a bronchodilator. Along with chamomile tea and anxiety chinese herbs. The respiratory herbs certainly break up congestion in his chest but we think they'll work much better once we can get him off of the steroids & cough meds. I'm not giving up hope on this one. We also use the same brand of chinese herbs for anxiety & they work WONDERFUL. :-)
