My cats love these freeze-dried treats and I especially appreciate them because it allows my older cat, who has very few teeth, to have something special that is comfortable for him to eat. Being manufactured in the US is one of my criteria for choosing what I feed my animals, and this company has high standards for their products... I know, I called them! Two issues: I've found is that it is sometimes difficult to reach down into the opening of the jar to get out one of the pieces, and I do not have large hands. I solved this by transferring to a wider mouth container when contents reached a lower level. The other issue is that the freeze-dried pieces are fragile so there is some waste. Some of the treats become powder at the bottom of the container. I use this as a "topping treat" for my cat's food, so it does not need to go to waste.

I have my cat stand up on her hind legs and she paws at the air to tell me she wants the treat.
She'll stand on her hind legs and take a piece of dried salmon from my mouth. She purrs and talks to me when she hears me rattle the container.

my cats are addicted to the chicken live-a-littles. They will gently bat at me and give me a little nip if I don't give them these treats. Everytime I go into the kitchen they run in, in the hopes of getting some of these goodies. I am able to give them medicines that they normally run away from when they have learned that it is followed up with a treat. They line right up. I have never seen anything like these treats. I use the powder to pour over their less enjoyable regular food and it gets them to eat. the only liability is that since my cats do not have great teeth some of the pieces are too hard for them to chew so i just crush those to pour over their food. they never tire of the taste.

just as a treat, alone. or sprinkle on food. or even as a quick substitute snack during the busy times of the day! These are so great that I will look for them specifically til I find them somewhere. no other treats equal these in quality and likeability by my cat.

My Egyptian Maus love these. One of them is very finicky. This is the ONLY brand of treat he will eat. I use them to get my cat's in off the patio. I shake the box and they come running.

The chicken Liv-a-Littles are the only treats that our cats do not tire of and are therefore perfect for training and behavior control.

We have a male Burmese that is almost anorexic. Does not like much food, wet or dry very much, he loves the chicken and salmon (when salmon is cooked well, it is not always..hard anddry at times, chicken always good. He has gained weight and loves both foods and it makes him eat more of his wet food.

I gave these to my cats and they did not like them at all, one tasted and then didnt want any more but the other cats wont even taste them but the dogs I take care of went crazy over them even very finicky picky dogs!Excellent as training rewards they are low in calories I would guess and dogs seem willing to do most anything for a couple of these nuggets!

My cat loves these treats. Took a little getting used to as she has never had anything freeze dried before. It really is like astronaut ice cream for kitties!

I have two cats and my female cat eats the chicken liv-a-littles every single day. Sometimes she'll eat the salmon, sometimes the lamb, but the chicken is her favorite. Prior to this she would only eat Innovo Evo dried food but now that she tried Halo, she rarely eats anything else. She is also much more active on this new liv-a-little diet. My other cat has no interest in it.

This is the best treat, ever. And we have gotten our daughter and son-in-law's cats hooked on them. We give it to our kitties in a small olive oil dipping bowl from Williams Sonoma. It contains the treat, as it is very light weight and tends to "blow around" if not in a bowl.

I ran out of the chicken and went to the health
food market. They did not have the chicken so I bought the beef, well my cat did not like them at all. Maybe those are for dogs. They were very hard. The chicken is not hard.

I have a cat who has had multiple operations for a recurring cancer and this product has been the one food that he will eat as soon as he comes home from the hospital. The other cats love it too and I feel good giving it to them since it is all natural.

These lil' treats are the best thing ever! Both my dog and cats absolutely LOVE them!! They are great for training, as well as just giving them as treats whenever. My pets come running so fast to me when they hear me rattle the box of them, they are a fantastic product and best of all, they are all natural. I'm big on natural products with no by-products and all that junk, so these lil' treats fit the bill and are well worth the purchase to make your furry friend happy as can be :)

I was hoping my cats would like it but they actually would rather have the organic chicken breasts I cook up for them.My cats just did not want it.Even when I moistened it.And fresh chicken breasts cost less than this product.

Both dogs and cats LOVE this product. They can't get enough. You can feed it to them dry or put it in a bowl add water and the chicken becomes real moist and tasty (the cat told me so). This is a pricey treat and the pets will gobble it up so beware....

I have 2 cats who are literally addicted to these Halo chicken snacks. I buy this product by the 5 pack. This product is great as an everyday treat and even to help train your pet. These treats are well worth the price. High quality and highly enjoyable by my cats. The pieces of chicken are light and easy to bite and chew.

We try to feed our dog the best and most natural diet possible so why ruin that with horrible treats? These are great and a wonderful reward for him. He gets so excited when he sees the jar!

This is GREAT as a treat. It is so hard to find treats out there that don't contain so much filler. Some of my cats prefer it in it's original dehydrated state and others like a little spring water mixed in. Either way it is a healthy and amazing treat for my group.

Emma, my 10 year old cat, was recently diagnosed with diabetes. We had to totally change her diet and find healthy food she would eat. This is the perfect treat because it is all meat with no corn, etc. and she LOVES them.

I have to give medicine to my cat and it pains me to do so.
These treats have given her the best possible reward after taking her medicine. She asks for the treat all day. She hops onto the counter and finds any unopened bottle of it. She loves it. I am so glad this is such a healthy treat that she loves and it makes me feel much better when giving her medication. She forgets about the meds right away and is overjoyed to get her reward.

These are by far my cats' favorite treats. The first time they were introduced to these treats they were a different brand in a bag. My male would take the bag and try to destroy the bag to get the treats if I didn't put them up high. I like this container as he can't get in. I show cats and this is one of their treats they look
forward to when we return from a ring. Your cats will love it.
My dogs love it too.

Our cat will do almost anything to get some of this "kitty crack". We simply shake the container to get her to come back when she escapes outside or gets into something she should not have. Save it for special occassions.
