We couldn't be happier with DGP. It has helped our older arthritic dog regain a lot of his movement. He is able to get up and run around again. DGP is a wonderful supplement. He is more than happy to eat it up and we love the effect it has had on him. We give it to him every day and are amazed with the results. We highly recomend DGP to anyone who has an arthritic dog or a dog with any sort of joint pain.

I have a 14 year old lab/chow mix who has been suffering from hip problems. He would would fall up and down the steps in our house, could no longer walk on the hardwood floors, and couldn't jump into the car or onto our bed. It was breaking my heart. I am a big fan of homeopathy for myself and my family so I decided to apply the same principles in treating my dog. I read the DGP reviews and decided to buy the product. I noticed improvement in less than a week. Dutch can literally run down our stairs and he actually walks through the areas of the house with hardwood floors without getting stuck. He used to freeze in the middle of the wood floors and we would have to carry him to a carpeted area. He is truly doing great with this treatment. We are not using any other medications, only DGP. We have been using the product for about 3 weeks now and I will make sure we never run out. So far I have noticed no side effects. To administer the pill I just hand it to him and he chews it like it's a treat, but he does not have discriminating taste, he is is not a finicky eater. The pill smells like oregano or some other spice/herb to me. I highly recommend you give this a try if you are struggling with finding something for your dogs mobility. It was heart wrenching to watch our dog get stuck halfway up the stairs and need us to "rescue" him. It feels good to see him moving along so nicely now.

I give it daily as directed. Gives our senior dog more comfort without the worry of many of the side effects of other pain relievers for big dogs with bone/joint issues.

I posted an erroneous review of this product. I thought it was giving my frenchie breathing problems, but I hadn't tested her long enough and it turned out to be Vetri-Disk causing the problems. This is a great product. The only con is how much she dislikes the taste.

Was easy to give; however, my dear arthritic 13yo pug showed little improvement in limp and energy level.

I am not a dog owner but I do walk many dogs including my sisters who had severe horrible really bad arthritis in hips and elbows and hind legs and all of a sudden I realized the dog has increased strength, raring to go again, much more athletic than in past and asked my sister what was working so well and DGP was the miracle at work! She really is like at least 4 or 5 years were taken off! If I occasionally notice stiffness it is only seen but doesnt seem to affect the dog any more! Must be a great pain reliever for that great a change.

I was sorry to find that this caused side-effects for my french bulldog because it was so effective at treating her back issues. It took away all symptoms of her disc problems, but over the weeks I had her on it, she experienced increasing breathlessness to the point where she couldn't play for more than 10 minutes without panting. Frenchies are very sensitive to heat, so perhaps it just raised her body temperature. Within a day of stopping the medication, however, the breathlessness was gone.
DGP got such rave reviews that I took her off the ONP lubri-herb to try it. The lubri-herb in combination with glucosamine worked almost as well through.
Would definitely recommend DGP for pets without other heat/breathing issues.

It's all good. My 14 year old golden has arthritis all over, even her feet, and her doctor had prescribed tramadol, but I would rather use something natural if it does the job. Sadie has been on this for about a year, and still no need for the tramadol. I could tell a big improvement in her comfort level soon after starting it. She still goes for daily walks, and plays ball. Its easy to give in food, and has no side effects.

I have an 8 year old German Shepherd that has been diagnosied with Spondolydis. He has been on this product for over 3 years at 4 tabs daily. He used to jump up from laying down with a scream from pain. The only time that happens now is if I don't give him his daily amount. Wonderful product, works without giving narcotics. I will continue to use until it no longer works.

I have 8 Golden Retrievers and with all Goldens arthritis is emeniment.
Sadie is 12 and was slowly geting less active and not wanting to climb stairs or go for walks.
I started using GDP and within two days we noticed a difference. She moves around on her own and takes her time at what she does but she is happier and in less pain. Good to know for the rest of the clan.

I have noticed a big difference in the way my fourteen year old Yorkie walks..he seems to be happier and more lively. I notice he has a problem with vomiting..can it be this preparation? Also, a liquid version of this would be a good thing..

My 6 year old flat-coat retriever was moving very gingerly, clearly with pain in her hips. Even with Glycoflex supplementation and other herbal formaulas, she showed little improvement. DGP relieved her pain quickly. She's been taking it about a year with no side effects and continued relief. When I accidentally ran out of the DGP, her pain returned within days. The only issue is that she does not like the taste of the pill (she will eat her entire bowl of kibble but leave the DGP behind!), so we have to crush it into her food.

I have a 15 year old lab/chow mix. DGP seems to help her. She is able to walk better than she did before taking these pills. One must remember that these meds are only a help; they are not going to make your geriatric dog run like a pup.

I have 2 bulldogs.The 1 who is a year old has been on DGP for about a month & I see a difference. The mobility in her hips,and it brought out the puppy in her again and she has more energy. They are purebred dogs and we have had a few instances with their hips.

Jake has had knee surgery and developed some arthritis because of that. Since using the dog gone pain he rarely limps and can run, fetch, jump, and enjoy being a dog!
