I mix a small amount in my cats food daily. I use it with the BioFats, 1 pump a day. I began using these as an alternative to my cat needing a cortisone shot every 2 months for skin infections that she was creating by licking herself. She is allergic to something, who knows what, BUT THIS THERAPY WORKED!!! No cortisone for 6 months now and counting!! A great natural alternative. (I do sift the flax seeds out of the powder because she hates them and spits them out. Otherwise no problem administering.)
