My choco lab has been taking this product for about two months now. He has allergies (and some gastric problems) and I started giving this to him when he was on medication. I noticed that he doesn't have the gas problems since he has been taking this product and will continue to use it.

I've been dealing with loose stools with my dog (6 year old Australian Shepard) for the better of 9 months now. New to Asheville, I had no idea how much bacteria and fecal matter the local creeks and rivers had in them. By the time I found out, I think a good bit of damage had been done. I did go to a Holistic vet and she recommended I continue with the grapefruit seed extract I was giving him but it didn't really help and I was worried it was too harsh. I started using some of the chelating products from Maxam Nutracautics (PC3x) which seemed to make a good bit of difference. Yet, Spud needed one last boost, so I ordered the Optagest and it really has helped. His movements are looking the most consistently healthy they have in a long, long (months) time. I just hope we've gotten all the bad stuff out so I'm hoping to be able to get some more the chelation product again in a few months (it's expensive). I do feel that the Optagest has served us very well. He's a finicky, inconsistent eater so it's hard to tell with him but he never seemed to mind the Optagest powder on his food.

I purchased this when I read how it's good for pets with bad breath and gas-both of which our 1 1/2 yr old cat Jackson has.The Vet told me some cats just have stronger breath and his teeth or perfectly clean.Since using Opti-Gest every night on his food (he does not notice the taste of it at all)his breath isn't roses but it's MUCH less strong and his gas is a thing of the past.Our two older cats get a small sprinkle on their food as well but our older cat seems to notice the taste of it.

My dogs have had lyme disease and my vet recommended a probiotic to boost their immune systems. This product supplies the probiotic and other nutrients and tastes good. I sprinkle it on top of fresh organic yogurt in the morning!

I adopted 2 cats from a local shelter. Almost immediately the 2 year old displayed signs of irritable bowel: excessive gas, bloating, awful smelling stools. I switched their food, I brought stool samples for analysis thinking it may be parasitic, but nothing.
I know the treatment for irritable bowel with prescription medication is unpleasant tasting and it is expensive (my first cat suffered with it for years). I decided to try this product, and within 3 days, 80% of Cocoa's gas disappeared and the unpleasant odor from the stool is gone. 2 weeks into treatment and all symptoms are imperceptible. Cocoa is a new cat!

Our Beagle, Joey, had a terrible habit of lying near us and making disgusting odors as we watched television at night.
Since sprinkling this product on his food once a day, his gas-producing T.V. time has stopped.
Now we can sit together without any unpleasant surprises!

I have 2 Weimeraners, Rocky and Annie. My Female, Annie has a very sensitive stomach. I tired everything, but her stomach would always be making noise. Dr. suggested the acid reducer, but she would always vomit after taking it. I Tried Tums, that seemed to work, but I was afraid there might be side effects because of the sweetener in it.
Then I read about In Clover by Optigest. Within 3 days, there was no more noise coming from her stomach. She also did not turn her nose up at her food, so I gather she did not smell anything extra in her food.
My Annie went from looking lethargic to being full of pep and life!! She is now eating all her food and there is no side effects!
I am very happy with this product. Thanks for the recommendation.

Two of my cats vomitted when I used this product. I have been using Forco as a digestive aid for my cats without any problems, so I will continue to use it.

I was sure this was the answer to my cat's loose stool problem. She gets a high quality food and even after using this product for weeks, its just didn't help.

I have 2 elderly cats, 16 & 17, who are quite fussy even with premium, healthy cat food. My eldest has always struggled with constipation and hairballs, no matter what brand or whether wet or dry food. Knowing that petroleum is really not a healthy choice as a hairball remedy, I am so happy to find Clover OptaGest. It really helps with their digestion including a gurgling stomach (using this product along with ONP's own Laxa-Herb Formula when needed has helped tremendously)! For very finicky kitties, start with a smaller dose to "wean" them into the taste. Mixes best in wet food but can be sprinkled on dry food.

I decided to try Optagest to help my young cats, very prone to diarrhea. I use it along with the Only Natural Pet Kelp Boost, and my cats could not be healthier!
I feed them different brands of premium canned food, which in the past would have given them diarrhea from the switch, but now they are just fine. Their fur is shiny and soft and they barely shed... I love this and would recommand it to any owner of a stomach-sensitive pet!

I changed my dog's food last month. This is the first time the transition was pleasant for both Jack (my Golden) and for the family! No gas or diarrhea. I will keep him on this product.

I provide foster care for dogs from the local shelter. I immediately put them on OptaGest and within a couple of days there are not digestive problems with the food transition.

Recently I had to change Benji’s food, due to a pet food recall. Usually this means diarrhea and gas for weeks. I added OptaGest to Benji’s food and within 2 days, I noticed significant improvement in Benji’s digestion. Thank you!
