I was very skeptical but desparate. My Chihuahua hates flying - especially take-off. I didn't want to use prescribed medication because of the possible side effects, etc. We had two legs of travel, and before each take-off he received a total of three doses; given exactly as written on the label. First great thing is he loved the taste and ate it very easily! Second of all, he was calm and relaxed, yet still alert and funtional. Normally, take-offs are just a freak-fest of whining, heavy breathing, curled tongue and a look of pure terror. Now, he was "aware" but just amazingly calm and content! He remained calm through out both flights (one was an hour and some change, the other close to four hours!) and upon landing, he was just his same ol' self! I am truly impressed!
