Our 9 year old Lab started to have seizures that would last approx. 5 min. We took him to our Vet and the blood test showed normal. He recommended to give him calcium supplements anyway but the seizures continued. I went on-line and found the Only Natual Pet Store website, ordered two bottles of the Omega 3 Pet and after a week, no more seizures. We've been using it for almost a year now. It's easy to administer if you roll the pill up into a small piece of cheese.

My dog was having some joint and health problems at age 10. She is a labrador, so that is expected. I took her to a Naturopathic Vet and one of the things he wanted me to put her on was Nordic Naturals Fish Oil. Within about a month or so, her energy level was higher than it had been in years! She was walking better, running faster, etc. She never knew how to catch a ball in mid air and all of a sudden taught herself. I truly believe it is working on her brain, joints, energy level, etc. I've actually decided to try the Nordic Natural Cod Liver Oil only because she doesn't like to swallow pills and you can't chew these. She thinks it is liquid candy!
I have since purchased the human version of Nordic Natural Fish Oil tablets and my concentration level is way up. I might even be able to catch a ball in my mouth too!

I tried everything else first (steroid shots/ pills, antihistamines), but omega 3 really worked best on my cat's bald spots from allergies. The omega-3 takes 1-2 months to work-- just persevere, and you will see hair growing back! I mix 2 capsules with a bit of tuna daily (or as close to daily as I can manage)to be sure the aby gets it. There's a bit of an art to pricking the caps and squeezing out the oil, but it's worth it. I've been using it for 1-1/2 years.
