I got this because the Kitty's fur was dry. After only a week the Kitty's coat was smooth and glossy. Best of all he loves it! I put it in his food and it's the first thing he eats. If it isn't served quickly enough there is a great deal of bellowing.
I would buy this ONP Salmon Oil again

We are feeding our 6 dogs a raw diet, this is an excellent supplement when mixing up their breakfast. It also makes their other supplements more palatable whether it is in powder form or tabs. I also notice how nice the coat and skin look and feel. This is definitely a good quality salmon oil, one of the best I have given!

This product is AWESOME! The only negative is that the bottle leaks and the oil smells salmon-y (duh). Probably best bang for your buck though!

My dog, Bob, enjoys the flavor of this over his dry dog food.
However, it is messy when pouring, and you must always clean the top of the bottle after using, or it will run down the bottle.

This oil is good and it adds a little extra flavor to my dogs meals. The only problem is the bottle opening makes a bit of a mess when pouring. Next time I will probably either buy the salmon oil that comes in the bottle with the pump or find another type of bottle to pour this one into to avoid the mess.

I personally love to eat Alaskan Sockeye and it makes my skin look healthy. This product dropped into my pets' meals a couple of times a week is great. It especially helps to cover the odor of any meds you may have to administer. I have had my fluffs spit a pill or two across the floor no matter what, even cheese! Fish oil is good for arthritis, cancer, heart, too many things to name. But, again, everything in moderation. My four bichons love it! I wish I would have had this for my other bichons that have gone over the Rainbow Bridge. God rest their precious fuzzy souls.

I had 5 cats and 1 dog at the time of purchase.I was dissapointed that not one of my pets liked this oil.I had to force it in their mouths which created a mess and a smell that lingered for a long time.My house began to smell fishy,so I quit using it.This may be an excellent product for someone else, but for me,it wasn't worth the hassle.
Only Natural Pet Store Response:Tastes vary, and some dogs and cats (and their people) may prefer a less aromatic fish oil, like our Pure Icelandic Salmon Oil. The benefits of Essential Fatty Acids for our pets are undeniable, and we would encourage all, especially those with allergy-prone pets to find a supplement oil with EFAs that their pets will accept. Another low-aroma easy-to-administer option would be our Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil Caps. See our article, "Daily Supplements for Healthy Companions," in our Newsletter Archives (Jan 2005) for more information on EFAs.

Only Natural Pet Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil really works, in just a week I noticed a difference with my dogs coat. I was using another brand and was not getting good results, so I decided to switch and I am glad I did. I will not give my dog any other salmon oil again!
