Excellent product with very nice ingredients, specifically herbs. I bought this for my 15-year old hyperthyroid and moderately senile cat. I think it has worked well in filling the gaps in his overall health. However, he hates the tablets and I have to go through a 10 minute ritual every day to crush the pill, mix it into some slightly watered down canned food, and then make sure the dogs do not get into it while the old man finishes it off. It would be really helpful to have it in a liquid, such as the other Nu-Cat vitamins - but I would like to have the benefit of the herbs and other vitamins in this supplement. I am not sure yet if I will buy more or not.

My vet prescribed Nu-Cat vitamins for my cat several yrs ago when he was diagnosed with a chronic upper respiratory infection that caused much sneezin with a lot of mucous.. They helped, but he did not like to eat them. I had to crush them into a powder and sprinkle them on his food to get them in him.
When it was time to buy more, I found there was a Nu-Cat senior formula. Since my cats are about 14, I ordered this. The cat with the chronic problem seems to like them better than the regular Nu-Cats. As long as I give them to him, he does not sneeze. If I skip a few days, the sneezing starts again.
So far,they haven't seemed to help his stiffness, but that may come in time.

I bought this for my aging cat after I'd read such positive reviews, but my cat would not go near these things and actually walked around the plate on which a table rested.
If a tablet was on the same plate as any other of his food, he wouodn't eat any of it.

These have great ingredients but not 1 of my 4 cats would eat these plain, let alone like a "treat". I had to put in pill pockets or use other methods of administering as though they were medicine. I have had similar issues with other supplements from this manufacturer.

Nu Cat Senior has helped my 18 year old cat stay active. Before using it he was getting sluggish but after a couple of weeks on the medicine he perked up again and acted more normal.

Our 18-year-old calico was lethargic and had lost her "playfulness." But since she's been taking the Nu-Cat Senior chewable tablets, she has come to life, so to speak! I can now play with her for a full 10 minutes before she tires and wants to rest, a great improvement in little over 3 weeks!
I plan to continue with the Nu-Cat Senior. Oh, and what's more, she LOVES the flavor and thinks she's getting a "treat."

I started giving this senior vitamin to my elderly cat a few weeks ago and noticed an over-all improvement within a few days. Instead of sleeping almost constantly she is now up and around more, she looks more perky and she's back to annoying me in the middle of the night (so I know she's feeling better). Her appetite has improved and even our Veterinary remarked that he'd never seen her look better. Her coat even seems shinier. She has a few other age related difficulties, but I am very pleased with the effect these supplements have had on her and if they continue to help her quality of life as they seem to be doing, I'll be very happy. I mix them in her food and she eats it right up. And she is a very picky eater.

This is an excellent overall supplement for senior cats. I give it to my cat one tab per day and I mash it with a mortar and pestle. I just mix it in her wet food and she gobbles it up. When given consistently, you will see an increase in energy almost immediately, with a general improvement in health.
