I have an epileptic dog that started to show bladder incontinence at about 1 year of age. It was recommended that she receive a prescription for a drug that she would have to take for the rest of her life. I have strong feelings about drugs and pets so I declined. The next visit my vet recommended this product to try and see if it worked. It did! My dog went from having accidents 3-4 times a week, to having an accident less than one time per month. There appears to be no side effects, easy to administer, I just throw it in her food. Highly recommend for those that are experiencing similar bladder weakness and would like to try a more natural treatment first.
I have to use this with Leak No More and both products do not do the job completely. This dog is a 24 years old Croatian Shepard. Besides the leaky bladder and a slight case of cataracts that's her only problem.
My 18 year old Shelty mix just couldn't hold her urine. After giving her this for only 3 days, she wasn't having nearly as many accidents. Now after only 3-4 weeks, she's doing much better and doesn't have to go out nearly as often. Thanks for a great product!
We rescued a Rottweiller about 3 years ago. Soon after he was neutered, we noticed some leaking. We took him to the vet who put him on phenylpropanolamine. It worked well for a well, then quit. So, along with the prescription, bladder support has nearly stopped the leaking.
