Getting Started!
Find the product you want on
our website, and in the ordering grid enter the quantity of the product you
would like to receive.

Enter the frequency in weeks
with which you would like to receive the product on the line called "Simplify
Life Automatic Delivery - Weekly Interval" (the last item in the ordering grid).
For example, 2 = every two weeks, 6 = every six weeks. Don't worry about getting
the frequency exactly right; just use your best guess. You can always change the
frequency, accelerate or postpone a delivery, temporarily suspend delivery, or
completely cancel the deliveries.
Click the Add to Cart
button. Do this for all the items you would like to receive, and then go through
the normal checkout process.
Your first order will ship
immediately, and subsequent orders will be processed according to the weekly
frequency you choose. Your discount will begin on the first scheduled delivery
(not the initial order).
If you
choose an Express shipping method (for example 2ND Day Air) for your
initial order, your account will be set up with that as the default shipping
method for future orders. If you choose Free Shipping for your initial order,
the default will become FedEx Ground. (Please see the
Free Shipping
page for more information). At any time after your first order ships, you can log
in to your account and change the shipping method, or you can reply to your
first Pre-Order Notification email for the next order and we can update the
shipping method for you.
Payment Options
We can only accept credit cards for Simplify Life orders at this time. Sorry, no PayPal, checks or money
orders.

Discounts
Once the selected items are
in your Simplify Life account:
- You always get
15% off any Only Natural Pet brand item (those that say Made By: Only Natural
Pet on the item page).
- You always get
10% off all other brands we sell.
Initial sign up orders are
not discounted. Your discounts begin with your first scheduled automatic
shipment. Sale prices or special promotions do not apply Simplify Life orders.
How to save on shipping:
- For light weight
items choose USPS Priority Mail.
- For heavier items
choose FedEx Ground.
- Order more items
less frequently, as the shipping charges will be lower on one big shipment than
on multiple smaller shipments.
- If you placed
your initial orders for Simplify Life items at different times, sign into your
account and coordinate the Next Order Dates (see example below), and consolidate
them onto the same order if necessary.
If your
Simplify Life order has both heavy and light items on it, you can synchronize
the shipping intervals for your items to save on shipping costs. For example, if
you need food every 3 weeks, but you need your pets vitamins less often, you
can have the vitamins shipped every 6 weeks (or maybe 2 bottles every 12 weeks)
with the food. The low weight of the lighter vitamins will have little impact on
the shipping cost for the heavier food, saving you money.
The key is to keep
them the same numerical multiple, like 3, 6, 9 or 4, 8, 12.

How We Communicate
If you have a spam filter,
make sure to add us to your address book or safe senders list! We send pre-order
notifications from
slp@onlynaturalpet.com and all other order and program communication from
service@onlynaturalpet.com.
Order Reminders
For every scheduled order
you will receive an email four days ahead of time with a list of the items
scheduled to ship. You have until midnight MST the day before to make changes
online via the My Account link, or until 5 PM MST to request us to make the
changes for you.
The pre-order emails are
very important for you to read, to ensure it is the items and quantities you
desire; the ship method and ship to address you are expecting, and the credit
card you want charged. Although rare, we do communicate about any back ordered
items in this email as well.
Back Orders
Occasionally an item may
have a delay, and when we are aware of the delay from the vendor we will notify
you in your pre-order email. If the back ordered item is the only item on the
order, the Next Order Date will advance by one week. If there are other items on
your order that are available to ship, the Next Order Date will advance along
with the other items by the weekly interval you have chosen (in other words, it
will be skipped for that order).
Price Changes
Please check the pricing on
your pre-orders. We only pass on price changes when a vendor has increased their
prices to us. We try to notify you via email on large food brands and treats,
but occasionally, our notice from the vendor on the change does not meet the
timing.
Order Confirmation &
Tracking
On the day your order is
processed you will receive an email receipt. When it is shipped you will receive
another email with information on the expected delivery date and a link to track
the shipment.
Problems Processing Your
Order
Occasionally, credit cards
expire, decline, change, or get cancelled and you forget to notify us in your
busy life! We understand, and we will still allow the system to generate your
order, but we will email you a reminder that there has been a problem and we
need you to help us fix it and confirm so it will not be delayed further.
Expiring Credit Cards
About 1-2 weeks prior to
your credit card on file expiring, you will receive a courtesy reminder to
update the cards expiration date or enter a new card in the Simplify Life
portion of your account.

Making Changes
Remember, any time you want
to adjust your scheduled deliveries, you may do so by signing into your account
via the My Account link, or you may call or email us and we will do it for you.
Detailed instructions on how to change the frequency, accelerate or postpone a
delivery, temporarily suspend delivery, add a new item to the program, or cancel
the deliveries are available once you sign into your account and click on the
Simplify Life Orders button.
If you have signed up for the Simplify Life program, you will see the items listed on your Simplify Life
Orders page. If you have signed up with different billing/shipping addresses
and/or payment methods, you will see multiple Orders listed in the dropdown box
at the top. You can view the items on each Order by selecting from the dropdown
box.
To modify the quantity of an
item:
Change the number in the
Quantity field and click the Save Changes button. This will permanently change
the quantity automatically delivered to you, so if you want this to change for
one order only, you will need to change it back before the next delivery.
To modify the next order
date of an item:
Change the date in the Next
Order Date field and click the Save Changes button. Simplify Life orders are
processed Monday through Friday, so you may pick any weekday. Please note that
this will not change the weekly interval at which the item is delivered - that
is done in the Weekly Interval field (see below). Frozen raw food orders
can only be processed on Tuesdays.
To modify the weekly
delivery interval:
Change the number in the
Weekly Interval field and click the Save Changes button. This will permanently
change the weekly interval at which this item is automatically delivered to you.
If you wish to change the next order date as well, do that in the Next Order
Date field (see above).
To temporarily suspend or
permanently cancel an item:
Uncheck the box in the
Active column. This item will not be delivered to you unless you recheck the box
again in the future.
To change the billing
address, shipping address, or payment method:
Click the Edit button next to the Order (billing/shipping/payment combination) in the dropdown box at the
top. This will take to a screen where you can modify the address and payment
information.
To add new items to the Simplify Life program:
There are two ways to add new items to your Simplify Life order:
1.
If you know the item code for the product you wish to order, you may
click the Add button above. If you have more than one Order in the dropdown box
at the top of the page (billing/shipping/payment combination), then select the
appropriate one from the dropdown list before clicking the Add button.
2.
You may browse for items on the website and add them to your shopping
cart. When you click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page, you will be
given the opportunity to add these to an existing Simplify Life order.
To move items from one order
to another:
If you want to consolidate
items on different Orders to the same billing/shipping addresses and payment
method as other items, choose the Order you want to move items from in the
dropdown box at the top, check the box at the far left in the Move column next
to the item(s) you want to move, select the Order you want to move them to in
the dropdown box at the bottom, and click the Move button.
To name your orders for
easier reference:
You may click on the Rename
button next to the Orders dropdown box to change the name of a Simplify Life
order. By default they are named with a combination of your address and credit
card number, but it may be easier to give them names like 'Raw Order' or 'Mom's
House.
