Comments about Honest Kitchen Brave Dehydrated Dog Food:

I have a 9 yr old Newfie, that was on a rotation diet. Recently she has developed allergies, constantly itching/scratching, dry skin, ear infections, you name it. The advise was given to switch her to a fish based diet. Now this food is not cheap, and quite the commitment to feed to a newf; but I will say there was almost an immediate change in her. First, she loves this stuff, no digestive upset with the switch, and in a week - at least to me - her itching has decreased considerably, she has a spring in her step, and her ears are clearing up nicely. I will say the green color had me wondering, and it does have a very fishy smell but my girl doesn't seem to mind that at all. I am going to see how this plays out, and will feed this for at least a month to see if the improvements I am noticing are real or just a coincidence.

Comments about Honest Kitchen Brave Dehydrated Dog Food:

It's very difficult to find a novel protein diet for this disease. I was making Chase's food from raw chicken til my vet pointed out that chicken was not a novel protein for him! Honest Kitchen "Brave" is very expensive for big appetites but it is keeping Chase healthy to this point!!
