Keep your canine companion going with VetClassics Blood & Energy Supplement.

VetClassics Blood & Energy Supplement is a natural dietary supplement recommended for active dogs, pregnant dogs or dogs suffering from significant blood loss, post surgical weakness or after-birthing recovery. Fatigue and loss of energy in a pet are often associated with aging, anemia, stress, illness, or trauma to the body. One of the most prevalent causes of energy loss in animals is poor dietary habits over an extended period of time. Domesticated animals that are fed most commercial pet foods tend to show a decline in general health and a metabolism imbalance. Supplements can help to naturally realign a pet's body, helping them to regain their healthy status and recover from illness more quickly.

VetClassics Blood & Energy Supplement contains ingredients rich in RNA/DNA, iron and vitamin B12, which are essential for the formation of hemoglobin. Higher levels of hemoglobin help increase the supply of oxygen and improve a dog's level of energy and vitality. Ideal for geriatric support of older dogs.

VetClassics Blood & Energy Supplement for dogs is designed to help support the health of the blood and the blood forming organs, such as the spleen, liver, bone marrow, and kidneys. The beneficial herbs used in this formula have been used by herbalists for many centuries and are very popular today with naturopathic, homeopathic, and holistic physicians and veterinarians. Eight blood tonic herbs are now available in one tablet to help dogs suffering from blood loss due to surgery or parasitism, dogs with hemolytic anemia, or active dogs who race, run, compete, or hunt. Featuring ingredients like, Yellow Dock, Red Clover, and Red Raspberry that support the functions of the liver, gall bladder, and immune system.

Maggie seems to be taking well to the product. She is extremely anemic and the vet said she would not make it through the weekend. That was a month ago. She seems to be doing ok for a dog her age (14). This product might have well prolonged her life, thanks!

Repeat ordered this, and tried to call customer service, but they were closed. Sent an email instead, and never got a response. Was checking on tracking, since I got an email with a link that didn't work and it was being sent to a friend. Like the product for my dog with liver failure and low red count, but have now had a couple of issues with placing orders (checkout not allowing me to update a cc that it's asking me to update) and now lacking customer service. Fairly disappointing.

Comments about Vet Classics Blood & Energy Support:

In reading the reviews, I realized all I needed to do was replace a couple of names and that could be my situation. My 10 year old malti-poo was diagnosed in December with auto-immune hemolytic anemia. He went into the hospital at a 17 (normal range is 34-50), dropped down to 10 and required a blood transfusion. After his transfusion, he was back up to 32. But his body didn't want to produce it's own blood cells and he dropped back down to 20. He's been on a steroid since that time and every blood test would come back at 20. After doing an internet search on canine anemia, I found this product and the reviews. I decided to try it. In 1 week, his first blood test came back at 29. And a week later the next blood test came back at 34. Needless to say, both the vet and I are very excited. I think we've found the right combination. I did have to process the tablets to powder. Much easier to put in food and guarantee he'll get the supplement.

This saved my maltese Coconut's life. She was diagnosed with auto-immune hemolytic anemia and was on atopic a, prednisone and another drug I cannot even pronounce and the drugs stopped working. She was dying right in front of us, the vet gave her two or three weeks. Well that was two months ago and the vet is amazed that she is not on ANY of the toxic meds that weren't working anyway and that her blood count keeps going UP. She is now at 44 red blood cell count when she was hovering around 20. It took a little time but my family and I are amazed at the results. She would not take the pills so I crushed them and mixed with water and put in a syringe so she would have it in her system. Now she looks for snacks and acts like the dog she was before she got sick. This is a miracle.

Comments about Vet Classics Blood & Energy Support:

This product has been a Godsend to my 10 year old Mini Schnauzer who not only suffers with diabetes and hyperlipidemia but also is anemic. Much concern was expressed by her veterinarian over how she was approaching serious anemia levels and there did not seem to be much hope nor other medicinal help. I went on line and found this product and fit my dog's needs perfectly. I had it approved by her veterinarian and she has been on it for months now. Her anemia levels are improving nicely and am not only relieved but also very pleased!

Comments about Vet Classics Blood & Energy Support:

I was skeptic about natural remedies for my dog. Our chow-mix is 14 and while still tail-wagging, he was losing his appetite, seemed tired all the time, not interested in walks, etc. On his last physical the vet said he was slightly anemic. On a friend's advice I tried Blood & Endurance and I cannot say enough about the difference in my dog! He is playful again, can't wait to walk, even jumps when I get home. I am so amazed at the difference since he started taking this product. I never write reviews - first one. That's how much I want other pet owners to try this. It may take a couple of weeks to make a change but stick with it. After 5 months now, 2 pills twice a day, there has been nothing negative about this product. Well, I DO have to put a smear of peanut butter on the pill for him to eat it but when he sees Jif come out, he's excited.
I know my dog is old but I feel we extended his healthy life with this. Try it!

Comments about Vet Classics Blood & Energy Support:

On a Friday in Jan 2012 our Beagle, Ben (14), seemed very lathargic. He was still eating but not as much as usual. His current major health issue is arthritis and gets a daily regimen of baby asprin for the pain. I started feeding him rice mixed with some wet dog food and making sure he was offered water a hour or so. On Sat. afternoon we noticed that his stool was a tary black so I thought he must be bleeding inside. He did not have a bowel movement at all on Sunday and we noticed that his gums were very pale so I decided that I needed to take him to the vet on Monday if he did not improve. I was worried that maybe the asprin (1 - 82 mg 2 x a day) may have caused an ulcer hence the bleeding. The VET ran a blood test and took an x-ray on Monday. $300 later His red blood cell count was at 11 and should be in the 35-50 range. So, he was very anemic. His digestive track did not appear to be ruptured but he did have a large mass in his abdomin and his heart seemed enlarged which may mean a mass on his heart, also. The vet suggested a Sonogram to possibly give more internal info. (another $150) and the next step would be to transfer Ben to the nearest Emergency clinic for a blood transfusion which may be another $600-700. Considering Ben's age I decided against the Sonogram and Blood Transfusion so the vet said the alternative would be to put him to sleep because he is very sick. I said "today?" and mentioned that my husband would want to say goodbye. She said okay, take him home for a day and bring him back tomorrow but that I shouldn't wait too long. My husband and decided that as long as he was eating and drinking we were not going to put him to sleep. The vet did not believe he was in pain, just very tired, like he just got over the flu (for example). I did some research on-line that Monday and found this blood and energy supplement. I placed and order, stopped his asprin regimen and fed him med. rare steak and continued rice with soft food over the next couple days while waiting for the supplement to get here. I started him on Blood & Energy by Wed. evening and by Sunday he was making his normal circle around the yard. We were carrying him from the couch to go out and eliminate then he would come right back in. We could not believe we even thought about putting him to sleep. It is now Mid March 2012 and he seems better than he was before and he seems to be shedding less. I would suggest this supplement for any older dog especially if they are anemic and expensive transfusions are not an option for you as a pet owner. Good luck! I hope this helped. The other reviews are great as well. Love your pets! We do!
