My Annie is a golden retriever and I am using this formula for her skin allergies. We have had her tested by a veterinarian dermatologist and she is allergic to 29 outdoor environmental grasses, shrubs, weeds and trees. I mix this formula up each morning into a 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal mixed into her Blue Buffalo food....she scarfs it down. Annie has been on this formula now for 1 month, it seems to be helping. She does not chew her foot pads as much, but need to give the formula some more time. We have been giving her allergy shots every 10 days since January, but have discontinued the shots prior to using this formula. The shots were not working and Annie did not care for the needles.....I for one did not like giving her the shots.

this is the first product i have used that has helped my dogs severe skin allergy. Her coat is the best its been in years. I mix it with an organic egg and she loves it. Her itching is reduced but still there. She is allergic to EVERYTHING so I am grateful she has found some relief. If her allergies wern't so severe I believe this product would bring tremendous relief.

I sprinkled it in his wet food each evening and the results were almost immediate. There are a lot of different allergies out there but this helped my dog who seem to be allergic to everything and itching all the time.

My cat has had long-term skin allergies for years; before we even adopted him, he had been to the vet school for treatment, and they were not able to help him very much. When he came to live with us, his fur was patchy and he had scabs on his back. Changing his diet helped, but his fur was still not growing back completely. I mix Dr. Acker's in his food twice a day, and his fur has almost completely grown back. It lasts a long time and is inexpensive. I HIGHLY recommend it.

My female cat has bad seasonal allergies. Every spring and fall her eyes goop up with crust and sometimes even swell shut. The only solution offered me by the vet was regular steroid injections, which weren't very effective and I did not want to do.

Within a week of administering this formula, her eyes began clearing up. Every time the seasons change I start mixing this in her food and she has no problems.

Its not very palatable so I have to mix it in a strong smelling canned food for her to eat it or else she turns her nose up!

Other than that, its worked great! About to order some more!

My dog has allergies that manifest as skin and respiratory problems. This powder has completely cleared up the skin problems and had helped her respiratory problems by about 75%. I have taken this product to my vet to make sure that this product is safe for long term use, and he had no objection to its long term use. If your dog is slightly finicky, you will have to mix it in wet food as it's a gritty powder and won't mix well with dry kibble. Despite that, I am very impressed with this product and am amazed at the results, especially for an all natural product.

I tried this product out of desperation when my very allergic golden retriever was about to be put on an ongoing steriod regimen. I chose it based on other reviews, and I'm very pleased at the results. My dog didn't like it when I just sprinkled it on his food...too much left behind when he was finished eating. So I mixed it with plain yogurt and then added dry food and my dog thinks it's great. He licks the bowl clean every time!
