Of course, log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner of the website or clicking here: My Account. From your account page, click on Manage Subscriptions and you will see a list of your products on subscription. 

Your options are to: Edit, Swap, Skip, Ship Now, and Cancel. 

 

Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the site and log in to your account. You can also click here: My Account. From here you can manage your addresses, reset your password, look at your order history or wishlist and manage subscriptions.

Please Note: If you had an account with us prior to 7/31/19, you will need to reactivate your old account by clicking on the "Don't have an account? Create One >" link at the bottom of the account login page.  

*Don't worry, once you have created a new account with a new password, all your Order History information will be available in your new account.

Yes!  We offer free shipping on all orders $49 and over in the lower 48-states. PO Boxes Excluded.  There is a flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order below $49. So go ahead and add that extra bag of treats to your order - you'll save the $4.95 shipping cost.

Additional shipping charges may apply for 2nd Day Delivery, Frozen Items, Freight/Special Handling (orders over 100 lbs), Hawaii, Alaska, US PO Boxes and US FPO/APO addresses where service is available.

Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online.  If your order was placed within 24 hours, you may call us at 888-937-6677 to find out if there is still time to modify it.
Return any product for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Contact customer care at service@onlynaturalpet.com or 888.937.6677 Mon-Fri 9AM-7PM EST to request a refund.

Fine Print:

Rebates will not be earned on wholesale, resale, international or taxes paid for those that qualify.

The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged based on the price of the purchased products and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

Sales Tax-Exempt Customers: Tax exempt purchases can only be made when paid for directly with funds of the organization. Any personal purchases are required to be made using a separate account and e-mail address.

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not collected during Checkout. When placing an orders you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information
