Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner of the website or clicking here: My Account. From your account page, click on Manage Subscriptions and you will see a list of your products on subscription. 

In order to edit a subscription item, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the scroll bar at the bottom of the list to scroll to the right and reveal the edit options: Edit, Swap, Skip, Ship Now, and Cancel. 

Please Note: If you had an account with us prior to 7/31/19, you will need to reactivate your old account by clicking on the "Don't have an account? Create One >" link at the bottom of the account login page.  

*Don't worry, once you have created a new account with a new password, all your Order History information will be available in your new account.   

Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the site and log in to your account. You can also click here: My Account. From here you can manage your addresses, reset your password, look at your order history or wishlist and manage subscriptions.

Click on My Account or click on the person icon at the top right of our site to sign in to your account. From the login page, click on the link that says "Forgot your password?" An email with a reset password link will be sent to you.

Yes!  We offer free shipping on all orders $69 and over.  There is a flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order below $69. So go ahead and add that extra bag of treats to your order - you'll save the $4.95 shipping cost.
Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online.  If your order was placed within 24 hours, you may call us at 888-937-6677 to find out if there is still time to modify it.
Return any product for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Contact customer care at service@onlynaturalpet.com or 888.937.6677 Mon-Fri 9AM-7PM EST to request a refund.
