Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online. You can request a cancellation of a pending order using our Contact Us Form, and then place a new, corrected order any time.
Return any product for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Only Natural Pet does not cover the cost of return shipping. However, you are welcome to return your package in the manner that is most convenient for you. You can start a return using our Contact Us Form.
We do not currently offer exchanges. You would need to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the replacement item. You can start a return using our Contact Us Form.
