Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the site and log in to your account. You can also click here: My Account. From there you can manage your addresses, reset your password, look at your order history, and manage your subscriptions.

You can update your pet information anytime by clicking the "Update Your Pets & Preferences" link at the bottom of emails you receive from us. You’ll find all the pet information on your account there, and you can make any necessary changes.

Can’t find an email from us? Visit the 
Preferences page to enter your email and the most up-to-date information associated with your account. That will clear and update all current data.

Click on My Account or click on the person icon at the top right of our site to sign in to your account. From the login page, click on the link that says "Forgot your password?" An email with a reset password link will be sent to you.
