Your rebate is calculated quarterly and distributed in January, April, July & October. You will receive an email announcing your rebate amount at the beginning of each Rebate redemption period.

You receive a 5% on all Only Natural Pet brand products, and 2.5% on products from all other brands. All purchases qualify for a rebate, including sale items, discounts, and Auto Delivery orders. 

Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner of the website or clicking here: My Account. From your account page, click on Manage Subscriptions and you will see a list of your products on subscription. 

In order to edit a subscription item, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the scroll bar at the bottom of the list to scroll to the right and reveal the edit options: Edit, Swap, Skip, Ship Now, and Cancel. 

Please Note: If you had an account with us prior to 7/31/19, you will need to reactivate your old account by clicking on the "Don't have an account? Create One >" link at the bottom of the account login page.  

*Don't worry, once you have created a new account with a new password, all your Order History information will be available in your new account.   

All frozen items are carefully packed in styrofoam boxes with dry ice and shipped via FedEx 2-Day or Ground based on distance. 

Please Note: Frozen items are shipped separately from non-frozen items on Tuesdays to ensure that they arrive safely rather than risking shipping delays and thawing over the weekend.

Rebates are issued quarterly on the 15th of the month in April, July, October and January. They expire 30 days after they are issued. We'll send you an email with your rebate amount when they go live.  

Not at this time but we are working on it! As a loyal customer, we hope you will consider one more small purchase with your Perks Rebate so that you take advantage of the program. We hope to have this feature on the website in the near future.

Yes!  We offer free shipping on all orders $69 and over.  There is a flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order below $69. So go ahead and add that extra bag of treats to your order - you'll save the $4.95 shipping cost.

Our process puts pets first by looking at their unique biological needs before selecting premium, human-quality ingredients that support their health and happiness the natural way.

There are many ingredients that can be put into pet products that are not permitted in human products. In fact, this is the basis of how many conventional pet companies operate. They look for cheap, abundant by-products that cannot be used in human food because they are not healthy or are not suitable for human consumption and find creative ways to use them in pet food and supplies.

While pets might love leftovers from our plate, we think they deserve better than leftovers from commercial manufacturing. That’s why we’ve flipped the process for Only Natural Pet products. First, we examine the biological needs of pets. Then, working with our holistic veterinarian, we select only premium, natural ingredients that are suitable for human consumption to make products that support pets’ well-being both inside and out.

Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online.  If your order was placed within 24 hours, you may call us at 888-937-6677 to find out if there is still time to modify it.

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 on all orders under $69 and free standard shipping on orders $69 and over.

International Shipping
Temporarily we do not ship to international locations other than U.S.Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. APO/FPO orders are limited to 70 lbs.

Canada and International
Unfortunately we don't currently ship today outside the USA. 

As of July 2019 we no longer offer the option to place orders online and pick up in our Boulder or Greenwood Village Stores. We hope to have this feature return to the website soon. If you have any questions please give us a call or speak with any of our team members in your local store. 

 

In certain circumstances a cancellation may be possible, however please be aware that we process orders the same day they are placed, so you may need to request a return or exchange instead.

Return any product for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). Absolutely - Yes! Believe it or not, many pet products contain ingredients with known health risks in addition to unnecessary and inappropriate fillers. At Only Natural Pet, every product and ingredient is scrutinized for health and safety.
