Loyalty Rewards are cash back earned on your purchases that can be redeemed as store credit when placing an order. Rewards are applied directly at checkout and reduce your order total.

You earn 5% cash back on every purchase, with no exclusions.

You can also earn bonus rewards:

  • $5 for signing up for Loyalty Rewards

  • $5 on your first purchase after signing up

  • $5 on your first Only Natural Pet brand purchase after signing up

  • $10 anniversary reward each year on your signup anniversary

Rewards are automatically tracked when you are logged in.

How do I sign up for Loyalty Rewards?

Signing up is easy:

  • New customers earn a $5 sign-up reward when they create an account

  • Guests earn the $5 sign-up reward when they create an account or log in to convert from guest checkout to a member account

  • Returning customers who already had an account were automatically enrolled in the new Loyalty Rewards program. Since they were already members, an additional sign-up reward is not issued.

Once logged in, you’ll start earning Loyalty Rewards on all purchases right away.

Loyalty Rewards are redeemed during checkout:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. In checkout, go to the Order Summary

  3. Select the option to apply Loyalty Rewards

  4. Use the + button to increase the amount in $1 increments, or type in the amount you’d like to redeem

  5. Select Apply credit to apply the reward to your order

The applied amount appears as a discount and reduces your order total.

You can redeem up to the value of your order subtotal.

Yes. Loyalty Rewards can be applied to any eligible order as long as you are logged in and have an available reward balance.

Once applied, Loyalty Rewards are one-time use and cannot be reused.

All orders placed, including Auto Delivery are eligible and earning Loyalty Rewards. However, your rewards can't be applied to a current Auto Delivery order; customers have 365 days to use their rewards to take advantage of the program.

Rewards are valid for 365 days from the date the reward was applied to your account. Any expiration details will be visible in your account.

Our previous 5% Back rebate program has been replaced by our new Loyalty Rewards program.

Any rebate credits earned between October and December were honored and issued in January, in line with the original program terms. Those credits were made available for redemption before the launch of Loyalty Rewards. They will expire in January 2027.

All purchases now earn rewards through the Loyalty Rewards program going forward.

Of course! Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner of the website or clicking here: Visit My Account. From your account page, click on Auto Delivery and find Subscriptions in the dropdown. From there, your options are to: Edit, Change Date, Send Now, Skip, Cancel, Pause, Add Products, Change Billing, Change Shipping, or Reactivate Past Subscriptions. 

Please allow 24-48 hours before the shipping date for modifications or cancellations to be processed. After your order has been processed, you can’t make changes or cancel your order.

 

Yes! First, make sure you’re logged into your account. Then, visit the item’s page you wish to add to your order and find the Add to Next Order button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item for one time only or as a subscription.

To cancel a product subscription, go to the My Account page. Under the Auto Delivery section choose Subscriptions. 

If you just want to cancel the upcoming order but keep the auto delivery discount for future orders, simply click Skip Order and we will skip the upcoming shipment and resume with your next scheduled delivery.

If you want to cancel the subscription entirely, click More Options, choose Cancel Subscription and then click Cancel Subscription again on the pop-up to confirm. Select a reason for cancellation and click Cancel Subscription one more time. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Please note that if you have subscriptions to multiple products you will need to cancel each one individually.
